Things started out a little shaky with cleaning being spotty and incomplete. The managers and staff worked hard to make things correct. We've had great service since then.

American Maintenance cleans 2 of our facilities; one in Salt Lake & one in Park City. They clean our facilities well & when something gets missed I can reach out to our rep, Patsy, to get the issue sorted out as soon as possible. Thanks for keeping our buildings clean.

They remodeled 6 bathrooms at pur building. They are done well and in a decent timely fashion. They were also very accommodating when we had events in the building that we needed quiet.

DMBA for the last two years. What an exceptional company to work with. They have great communication, fast turn around times and pay fine attention to detail in their work. Kole has been pure joy to work with on the exterior side. Friendly and always picks up a call to go over details to ensure the work is correct the first time. Whitney goes above and beyond to communicate and ensure photos and services are correct. I live in Utah and have been able to personally witness the beautiful work this team achieves on a daily basis.

We have been using American Maintenance for a year to clean our facility and have been thrilled with their performance. I love that I can ask for something to be fixed, cleaned, etc. and not only does it get done in a timely manner, but it's done to my satisfaction. They also follow up to ensure it got done properly. We've worked with American Maintenance for a few years now. They replaced our old landscape and snow removal company since they promised they'd be responsive. They delivered in that promise. They do all of the snow removal and landscape maintenance for all of our commercial buildings in Utah county and Tooele county. Whenever there has been any issues or problems they have been quick to fix them and make them right. Very responsive. Honestly, I've loved working with them. Fantastic company.

American Maintenance has provided pest control and fertilization of our property for several years. We have a large acreage and have encountered bug issues and blight issues over the years. American Maintenance always had a solution for us. They were very helpful to take care of the issues and help us to make our property beautiful. Well Done!
