This is our second year using Mendes Services to refresh our landscaping. We have a pretty large and complex landscape design and they do an amazing job mulching around all my plantings, rock areas, etc.

I was fortunate enough to meet Macaulli when looking to totally redo my back and front yard. Words can’t describe how great he and his team have been to work with. They are incredibly skilled, hard working, and honest. He took out an old chain linked fence, uneven concrete, and redid the entire property with a new fence. He also served as GC for the larger project connecting me with different suppliers to run gas, install pavers, and more. He also redid irrigation across the entire property and made the yard look better than ever before with cutting, fresh mulch, and weeding. Macaulli did a fantastic job with our yard projects- a backyard patio and front yard xeriscaping prep (before and after photos attached). He was extremely communicative and timely throughout the process and gave very comprehensive quotes with every line item broken out to allow us to tailor the project to our budget. We had a few things we wanted to get additional estimates on and quickly reworked the quotes so we could see updated costs.

The pricing was very fair and he was able to start the project the next day. His work was very detailed and precise and he used high quality materials. He confirmed all the details with us each morning to make sure we were all on the same page with the plan. Dalton came to my rescue when my regular lawn care person suddenly had to take the season off for a family emergency. He was able to work me in right away and did a great job getting my out of control lawn looking good.

Great work, fair prices. Dalton is easy going and does a great job. He responds via text right away and was even so nice to squeeze in services for us last minute.

Dalton responds right away and has always been able to fit me in. He goes beyond just mowing and edging and will also blow out leaves from my porch and such. He has true passion and pride for his chosen vocation, so he is not one of those that will ever do mediocre work. On top of all that, his prices are very affordable.
