Also provided two quote options for future consideration, for installation upon existing HVAC system, in regards to humidifier accessory add ons. Appointment was great. My A/C went out when it was very hot and dispatch was able to get me an appointment promptly! The technician, Todd Assay, arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and replaced the broken part quickly. His expertise had my A/C up and running within about 30 minutes! Thank you Todd!

Todd came to fix our furnace. I have had another service company out to fix it 4-5 times over the last 4-5 years and they didn’t get it fixed! So I decided to try Comfort Solutions and Todd since he did such a good job on my air conditioner. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it. The other company was the company that installed the furnace and I thought that they would have known what to do but apparently not. Todd is the best I am sticking with him. Thank you, Todd.

The entire Comfort Solutions team was great. From beginning to end, everything exceeded my expectations. Aaron took the time to really study what needed to be done. Cesar and Caleb were both very professional and took great care to ensure than my new equipment was properly installed and answered every question I had. They left the jobsite in better condition than they found it. There was not so much as a stray screw or sheetmetal offcut left behind. Highly recommend Comfort Solutions and will be back again.

Finn was very professional and knowledgeable. Even though we weren’t able to fix the issue today, Finn was very thorough and stayed until he was able to figure out the issue with our fireplace, and provided us solutions that could be done at an upcoming visit. Darren Dalley of Comfort Solutions came to my home yesterday and serviced my furnace, humidifier, and fireplace. He also cleaned both windows covering my fireplace, which sits between two rooms. He was very gracious and careful. What I appreciated the most was his explanations and also his help with setting my thermostat. He is very personable and respectful and easy to work with.
