We had a massively clogged drain that caused water to back up all the way into the house on a Saturday. John answered the phone on the second ring, and was at our house in less than an hour. he instantly understood the problem, he was willing to talk to me and teach me about what he was doing and where the problems were, he was able to fix the problem in less than an hour. He was professional and fair, I would definitely recommend him and rhino rooter to anyone. I'll be calling him in the future for my other plumbing needs..

He arrived on time and within an hour of the call. We had some tree roots almost 90 feet away from the clean out. He cut them and videoed the results. He recorded the video and sent me the file so I could reference where the roots are in the event I need to dig them out. The video has the distance in feet on the screen. I had hired a plumber not 10 days earlier for the same service and it wasn't done well which resulted in a bigger issue. His equipment is high quality which makes for fast and efficient service. He charged the same as the previous plumber but had more expertise and better equipment. He offered great recommendations to help with this clog. I would recommend Rhino Rooter any day. Although I hope to never need his service again I will certainly call him if needed.

Did a great job showing and explaining what was going on with my drain problem and how to prevent it in the future. His employee was friendly and personable. Priced accordingly to our situation. Rhino rooter is our plumber for Walker Cinemas and the Capitol Theatre. John is very well priced and he gives us prompt service. One time I was in dire need of a plumber and he came over immediately. We have had him come out three different times over the last several years due to sewer problems stemming from orangeburg pipe. Each time the problem was fixed so that we could put off a total replacement. Once we used another company and ended up calling Rhinorooter back. Was told by another company that my sewer needed to be lined and that it would cost $25,000. Called Rhino Rooter for a second opinion. John came out and ran a camera through the line. After looking at the entire line it was determined that the sewer did not need to be lined. John was very friendly and honest. John and his crew were fabulous! We have used their service several times this year. We had them put a liner in one of our old sewer pipes that was corroded. They are very good at what they do— fast, very knowledgeable, and they clean up after themselves😊.
