Finn came to perform an annual furnace tuneup, and he was great to work with! Made sure to communicate everything he was doing and things he was checking on the furnace. He also took the time to look at my patio fire pit that I want installed, and he is going to put a quote together for options of getting it done. Great technician, and great customer service. I have used Comfort Solutions for all my HVAC needs since purchasing my home in 2023, and will continue using them for years to come.

Comfort Solutions was amazing. They came out and serviced both furnances at our house. The price was great and the technician was friendly and very knowledgable.

We had Comfort Solutions install our new hvac system. They didn’t just send a technician they sent a master technician in Cesar and he was amazing. He was detail oriented and his do it right the first time attitude and demeanor was refreshing. He kept me up to date on the project and the timeline of when we could expect to be completed. When him and his apprentice were done you would never know they had been there. Would have and recommend Cesar for any hvac work to anyone.

Great service, but high prices... Our ng fireplace went out last year at the end of winter once it started getting chilly this year I called and set up an appointment.

They use an AI agent that, although life like and very fast, was uncomfortable to listen to. Not because of the voice, but the fact that they had odd "office" noises in the background, including very loud typing as it processed responses. Otherwise, the appointment setup was smooth and much faster than a live agent.

The appointment technology they have is appreciated, they send reminders that are simple to understand, and on the appointment day they send a pic of the technician that is being sent.

The technician Jason, was kind, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. We had a nice chat about the AI agent they use, and some other small talk. He worked quickly and was able to identify the issue with my fireplace (bad control module).

I looked up the cost of the module and it was between $45-$60 on various sites. Comfort Solutions was charging ~$500 for the part, labor, and warranty. I asked if they could come down on the price, after asking the manager the lowest they would go was $250. Unfortunately this seemed far too high for an $50 module that was simple to replace/install.

Overall the experience was positive and I'll be calling them again if I need any work done on anything else.

I would recommend that if you call them make sure you check the price of what they're installing.

We have lived in our home for over 10 years now, and have never serviced our fireplace ... until now. Jason L was awesome. He told us what would restore it back to its former glory and did the service right then. I'm just sad we didn't do this sooner. Clean, restored, and functioning much better. Thanks Jason!

Yesterday, Finn replaced the glass door on our fireplace. His work was completed perfectly, on time, and with terrific expertise about the fireplace in general. He was professional and very personal. I enjoyed his conversation and learned a lot about the fireplace that I wasn't aware of. He completely cleaned the entire area when he was finished and pointed out some things that we will do later this year. His customer service was beyond expectations. After a dangerous and frustrating experience with another HVAC company, Comfort Solutions stepped in and truly saved my family. I worked closely with Dallin who was amazing and understanding Dallen stayed with me every step of the way through the end keep me updated on informed on ehat they planned to do and even checking in on my family. Their advanced technician Todd identified a major gas pressure issue to my furnace that had gone undiagnosed and was causing dangerous furnace explosions. Alex G. came out and was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and personable. He didn’t just fix the issue he took the time to show me how to do the repair myself for the future. That kind of honesty and care is rare.

My technician Jamison was absolutely wonderful. He was personable, an excellent communicator, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Even with a missing part from the original install, he went above and beyond to get my new fireplace up and running in a timely matter. Exceptional service and a delight to have in my home.
