I am finishing my basement and turning it into a “Mother-In-Law” Suite. We had multiple quotes from plumbers who wanted obscene amounts of money to do the job, but Lucas from Good Day Plumbing gave us by far the best price and saved us thousands of dollars.

He came on time, was VERY professional and finished the job in 2 days (other companies told me it would be at least 3-4 days). I also needed him to come back to help with an inspection with the city and he took it upon himself to schedule a time with the inspector so that they could both be there at the same time to go over all the plumbing work.

We did the following:
- Bathroom plumbing and shower/tub install
- install Gas and water for kitchen
- install tankless water heater and water softener ($400 cheaper than other quotes)
- install water and drain lines for clothes washer

Service has been very good.

I was having a really hard time with my water heater, until I called Balfour Plumbing. Within a few minutes they were able to tell me that my water heater was still under warranty and could replace it that day. We have used Balfour Plumbing on multiple occasions. They installed an ADA high-efficiency toilet for us. Balfour employees are courteous, polite, and on time and do incredible work. We highly recommend them for any plumbing needs in your home or business. If we could give them a 10 star rating, we would give them 12.

The kitchen faucet was dripping constantly. Their experts replaced the worn cartridge and stopped the leak. It works like new again. Great attention to detail.

The bathroom sink started producing an unpleasant odor and water drained slowly. I called this plumbing crew and the technician cleaned the drain line, flushed the pipes and tested the sink. The smell disappeared and it drains perfectly. Very thorough service.
