Lucas was quick to respond and was able to change the pipes to the new location for our kitchen sink, right before we have the new cabinets put in.

After work was completed I had a phone call with the company letting me know and asking for payment. I explained how I would get payment to them and that it would be done as soon as possible. I received a follow up phone call and text asking for payment and to respond to them “at my earliest convenience”. Then the next morning I received a text stating that if payment was not received right away a lien would be placed on the property that day. Ridiculous. Had the expectation been set with me that this was the timeframe and action taken regarding payment I would not have had a problem. Very poor service. Absolutely will not use again.

The main shut off to my home was an old gate valve that started leaking this morning. I needed this fixed today. Lucas answered on the first call, gave me a time frame for arrival, showed up on time and replaced the leaky shut off valve quickly and professionally.

John came out in a rainstorm and helped us in moment of crisis. He ensured there was no more leaking in our downstairs bed room. I could not have asked for someone and company more professional and honest! Thank you so much we will be calling you guys again in the near future :)

Would recommend! Our kitchen sink wouldn’t drain out of nowhere and we wanted to get it fixed ASAP. We called Sunday afternoon and they came out 8:30a the next day and fixed it within an hour. Super responsive, fair pricing and thorough service.

I am a do it yourself kinda of a person so this was really scary for me! But all my fears where dispelled when I met with Lucas. He was professional and timely and quit personable. Took the time to talk to me and go over my options. He did the shower the contractor he works with did the sheet rock and floors. For the floors Lucas removed and reinstalled my toilet perfectly! It was an amazing experience! I just grin everything I go into my bathroom! Thank you Lucas and alan! These guys are It!!

Lucas does an excellent job, he is very knowledgeable, skilled and professional. He installed a soft water system and replaced our sprinkler system electrical system and main valves. He’s quick and easy to work with, would definitely recommend him.
