Kid today told me when I asked what parts I needed to add a hose bib in my garage. I showed him pictures or my plumbing in my he noticed I had cpvc and told me I needed to re plumb my whole house because he didn't prefer cpvc. I told him obviously I wasn't going to do that I just wanted parts for my simple project.

Went to Lowe's and have a working bib in my garage.

Didn't have to burn down my new house. Who would have thought?

I needed to get a Pfister seat tool. Lowes and Walmart both claimed they were in stock. That wAs not the case so I went to standard and was and out in two minutes with the tool and cost 4x less.

Bought a shutoff valve and some other parts to fix a leak. Valve was defective with a pin hole. I returned it 2 hours after installing it & uninstalling it.First thing the guy behind counter says "we dont take back used parts". They sold me a defective part and dont want to take it back was first thing. Then returning the gasket kits i didnt use they said we dont refund cash we will mail you a check. That was 2 months ago and still havent seen check. I like true value but will never go to starndard plumbing and wouldnt recommend anyone reading this. Cocky,rude, employees and thiefs to top it off.I rate it 0 stars but it wouldnt let me. Beware if paying cash and u might have to return it.
