Dishonest company, terrible billing practice, uneducated plumbers. I called integrated plumbing to troubleshoot and possibly fix a new dishwasher that was throwing and error code. An older gentleman showed up the next morning. He came in to look at the dishwasher and if I would have listened to the red flags from the moment he walked in. He brought no tools, used mine.

He pulled out the dishwasher, said everything looked fine on the install. He then went to his vehicle to get a hose clamp to see if that did it. It did not. He then kept attempting to run loads. He even mentioned verbatim (I haven't really installed many dishwashers). What??? You're supposedly a plumber, an old one at that, one would assume many years of experience.

At the very end of an almost 2 hour visit he decides to pull off the drain hose at the disposal. (since that was what the warning was, a drain issue). He stood up and was shaking his head searching for what could be wrong. I said you know what I'll just figure this out. So this guy came out pulled out a dishwasher, ran some loads, sat around and I told him I'll take it from here. He was apologetic that he couldnt figure it out. He then handed me his phone with an invoice just shy of $300. My mother was over helping with the my kids while I got this figured out. She could not believe what she witnessed either.

I would have been fine paying a service fee for a plumber coming out, but at what rate am I paying a guy that admits he knows less than I do about dishwashers. Pricing was never discussed from this company either. A friend came over a couple hours later and he found out within minutes the extension hose was on backwards and there was a backflow preventer on the hose. You'd think a plumber would trouble shoot that right away for an error code of not draining.

Integrated Plumbing has done three separate projects for us and they've done excellent work all three times. They're prompt and professional. I highly recommend them.

We had a stopped up bathroom sink drain. My first impulse was to contact the $45.00 special guys. I thought better of it since every time I chose that route, it cost me much more in the end. Dave and his team did the job thoroughly, and yes, I paid for it! But, the price was well worth it because the problem was fixed properly. I highly recommend them, simply because the whole experience was as it should be!

We really have enjoyed working with Integrated Plumbing. Switching a laundry room to a bathroom and the bathroom into a laundry room our selves we were lucky this company was referred to us. Dave and James are amazing and have ideas to add to any project. They are patient with us since we are doing the other work ourselves and quick to jump in to complete their part during the multiple stepped process our remodel has.

Dave did an amazing job replacing our bathtub faucets! He was quick, great customer service, and the price was perfect. Definitely will be calling him again for more plumbing projects.

Would highly recommend these guys for plumbing issues. I've needed help twice since moving into my home 6 months ago. Each time they were super fast, professional and saved me tons of money. The most recent time the tech clearly had been doing this for awhile and knew his stuff. They suggested replacement parts first before a whole new system. That's saved a ton of money. Other places I called immediately suggested to purchase a new unit without even trying to fix it. Great customer service and professional!

So grateful for this company. We had 2 professionals come out on a holiday to fix a water main. They were so friendly and knowledgable and they came out on New Years Day to help us out. I will definitely use them in the future again should any other plumbing need arise. You won't find better service or more dedicated workers!

Dave is nice a easy to work with. I had a question about the work they did in my basement. He took the time to come over and look at it and fix the minor issues with the bathroom plumbing work they did. The work was done in one day and they cleaned up after themselves. Plumbing work needs to be done properly and I am glad I called Integrated Plumbing Solutions LLC.

Ok, we have been using Integrated Plumbing Solutions for a few years now and they have been responsive anytime we needed a repair.

But this time we have a huge landscaping remodeling that project that includes some additional plumbing on the outside of the house as well as installation of gas piping to our outdoor gas fire place and a gas pipe to the outdoor kitchen. They were here when they said they were here and they conducted the work professionally and complete. There were some communications with the Gas Company that they took care of and they were very knowledgeable of what needed to happen.

I would recommend these guys all day long. Dave, James and the whole gang have always been professional and responsive. There are times that Dave and his guys have emergencies so if they ever couldn't get a job when they said they would, they let us know when they could.

I am thankful that we have a plumbing contractor that is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Thanks to Dave, James and the whole gang!

SO expensive! Integrated Plumbing was at my house for less than an hour and the only material used was a tiny metal ring. Integrated charged me $500!
I appreciate them fixing the problem - but, I feel like I was WAY overcharged! Won’t ever call them again or recommend Integrated to anyone. :(

He listened as problem was explained . He inspected , examined and explained the problem to me, and fixed it quickly.
Very professional and efficient. Was a vendor used by Integrated Plumbing, not Integrated Plumbing Company themselves. So I guess company was technically a third party vendor. Great execution and a job well done. Unfortunately this cleaning of the toilets ended up costing $360.00, while the job was completed in less than an hour. Months later again became clogged we went on You Tube and did it ourselves in 30 minutes and we haven’t had a single issue since.
WHILE INTEGRATED IS GOOD. They charged me way too much. After the fact I called around and everyone else was 1/2 the price or less. Do be careful!! Get prices before the job.
