This is the first review I have ever given, and It had to be done because Logan is a rare find. After talking with numerous plumbers and contractors, Logan was the only one to find an efficient and cost-effective solution for new plumbing for a washer and dryer. He looks at the work like it is his own home. His communication is excellent, and his on time and clean. Finding good honest resources in Park City is becoming hard, and I am grateful I met Logan.

Came out to fix a toilet seal 3 weeks ago. Left mid day to go find a part and never returned. Toilet and parts were left on the floor with the drain uncovered so sewer fumes were coming out. I did get ahold of them once a couple weeks ago and they said the part was on order. But since then, no returned phone calls or texts. It seems they may have either abandoned the job or have extremely poor communication skills. I’ll update this review if anything changes.

Many plumbers, electricians, and other home servicers are slow to respond to inquiries, can’t get to your home for days on end, and often don’t show at the time they promise.

None of this is true with Logan! He was extremely responsive, was able to fit us in promptly for an urgent leak, and showed up right when he said he would be there.

Just as importantly, he was quick to diagnose and fix the problem. If we are in need of a plumber in the future, I know who to call!

Absolutely not. If I could rate this as zero. I would. Through my home warranty company, I was assigned Chaney Services as the plumbing company to figure out where a weird area of water in my garage is coming from. A tech came to my house on 9.3. They shut my outside water off and said they would be back in two days. It’s been 3 weeks, the tech has not returned. I’m now dealing with nothing but run around from the company.

We weren't having work done. He was across the street but decided to park blocking our walkway to our house. When he came out I asked why he parked blocking my walkway and he said that he can park wherever he wants. I pointed out that he was making it so our disabled friend wouldn't be able to get up he told me I was rude and he wouldn't move. He stayed there for another hour. I tried over and over to contact someone explain the situation and they won't even respond. Needless to say we had to cancel our friend's visit because he was unable to get up to our house. This is a clear violation of the law. He literally laughed at me when I explained about handicap accessibility. Disgusting, not to mention illegal behavior.

Logan is nice and knowledgeable. That being said, I felt like I had to chase him down for updates when expecations were set by Logan. Then he ended up cancelling the job all together.

Our garbage disposal broke and started leaking.
We called our home warranty company and Chaney Services got here within a couple hours to replace the garbage disposal. It was a quick and fast repair.

Came to evaluate a sewer like odor in the bathroom... completely failed to follow up after initial visit which was only diagnostic. Told me he was going to contact the home owners policy that I have to see if some potentially faulty valves were covered. He was told I wanted to try to replace these regardless of whether they were covered ( $100-200 as I recall) . Despite multiple attempts to contact him, I received no response.

They came in and got the job done in no time at all. They were upfront with their price and were very friendly and straightforward, which I appreciated.

One of our water heaters broke, and rather than selling me a new one I didn't need, the technician adjusted the plumbing to use only the good heater as I requested. When we upgrade to tankless, we will hire All Types to install it.

Technicians Eric & Randy were very competent, professional, and courteous. The job was about three times the cost that I expected, but I feel confident the work was done right.

Wes was the plumber that showed up on a late weekend night due to a flooded basement. He was very professional...got right to work..snaked out the main line with a camera intact to show me the numerous tree roots and off set pipe. He cleaned up his work area then called the flood co to come out that same evening to remove wet soggy carpet and pads and bag and haul it outside and set upba cleaning and anti mold machine to run for 3 days...all started with wes at alltypes plumbing...wow!!!!!!!!... 5☆☆☆☆☆

Very friendly, quick reponse, clog is now gone & pipe fixed. Westley was the rep who made the repair. He explained everything in detail & was obviously highly experienced.
I would definately recommend All Types Plumbing to anybody in need of a reliable drain repair &/or rooter company.

Brian came to our house and explained everything that he was doing to my satisfaction. Then he asked if I had any questions, too. He cleared the blocked drain in our toilet and tested it with a toilet paper wad to be sure it was fixed. I am very satisfied with his friendliness, service, professional skills and price. I would recommend Brian to my friends.

Water heater installation was efficient. They removed the old unit without much disruption. Also gave a quick maintenance tip before heading out.

We had a leak in a galvanized pipe underneath our sink. Gray came out was very professional knowledgeable fix their pipe.
