we discovered that we have a blocked drain this morning, and Corey from the Drain Company was out our house by noon to help diagnose the issue, clear the blockage, and advise us on how to prevent it from occurring in the future. He was friendly, professional, and we appreciate that he left everything cleaner than when he arrived!

I was having a problem with the sewer line draining, Cory Bohannon was the technician that came out. He was amazing, he carefully checked everything to find the problem, he explained what he was going to do, and kept me informed along the way. I was very impressed with his knowledge, and let me tell you he worked his butt off. If I have any problems with drains in the future, I will make sure I call the drain company, and ask for Corey!

Daniel was great! He quickly diagnosed and resolved my toilet issue.
He clearly articulated the different options available which helped me make an informed decision on. I never felt any obligation or pressure to spend more. Really appreciate the honesty!

The Drain Company gave us cost that was less than two other outfits we called - and they stuck to their bid. Corey our technician was exemplary. He communicated his arrival time, and once on the job was clear about what was needed and how he was going to complete the job. Corey was friendly and very conscientious, making sure to clean up once he was done. I recommend The Drain Company for service.

Dan was the Man! He and his assistant were patient and diligent to deal with a difficult blockage! They were great to let me see the camera as they worked on it. We've already scheduled a basement drain replacement in a couple weeks! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! I appreciated the reasonable pricing in such a high priced industry. If I could give more than five stars I would!

These guys are great! Very reasonable pricing, great service, and equipment. My technician Daniel was very friendly and knowledgeable. He visited my pool house intending to clear out a clogged drainpipe. As it turned out, there was a bigger problem. He came up with a plan quickly and scheduled it for the next day. After the new install, we tested it together and it works perfectly. Thank you all for the help. You will be added to our contractor list.

I’m not sure if this company just replaces equipment? We called because our pilot light wouldn’t stay on in our water heater. The gentlemen who came out didn’t even touch our water heater…he said “it needs to be replaced.” My husband told him that he had looked up that it could be the thermocouple and he said well “if I touch it, it will cost you $190.” Well, it was the thermocouple which is $10! So just a word of caution if you think something is broken and can be easily fixed call a handyman not this place.
