BEST service in town. I know because this was my 4th and last stop for help. Needed help with sprinkler valves. I was given all the correct parts and the employee (didn’t get his name) took time to help me understand how the parts work and fit together.

The service is great and they have always had everything I needed in stock (while other places didn't). Their prices are fairly high, at least if your account is paying full retail.

The Team at Mountainland Supply Company, West Jordan, really know their stuff...they are engaged with their products and passionate about finding a solution for their clients. I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing fixtures. Ohh, and by the way, the customer service is excellent!

Bill, Katrina and Brandy are amazing to work with. They respond quickly to any order I place with them and any questions I have. Their West Jordan showroom is beautiful and inviting. Bedrock Quartz is excited to continue to grow our relationship with Mountainland Supply.

Katrina has been incredibly helpful with giving me resources to get my tub repaired. She has been following up with us consistently seeing if we have been able to get our issue resolved. If you need someone to work with over here, make sure it's her!

5 star plus. If customer service is important to you. This is the place. It's been so refreshing to deal with all the people at Mountainland. My experiences have all been good with everyone - but especially a big shout out to Katrina and Bill - I hope I can pay it forward and be as good to my customers as they have been to me. Katrina thank you - you are so sweet and so kind and have bent over backwards to help me. :)

I visited the showroom with the intention to buy a new kitchen faucet. My faucet had low flow and my plumber told me it'd be hundreds of dollars to fix it, and at that price I might as well buy a new one.

The salesperson Brandy was super knowledgeable about faucets and skilled with their inventory / product lookup system. She showed me a parts diagram for my faucet and convinced me that I probably didn't need a new one. She said that I should contact Grohe, since they are one of the best faucet manufacturers, and they could probably diagnose and figure out what parts to send me. She explained that repairing these faucets is pretty easy.

Sure enough, once I contacted Grohe, they had me try cleaning the quick coupler on the mixed water feed and it fixed my issue! I didn't need a new faucet after all.

I guess you could say the company lost a sale on the faucet, but I will always remember how honest and helpful this company was, and will use them first for any fixtures or plumbing products I need in the future.

I go here all the time, great service, and great staff! These guys always have what I need and it never takes me very long to get my parts and get down the road.

It's the only Plumbing Supply I will use. I am a plumber and we love this place! They still know what service is! Everyone knows you name here. Very helpful for an average home owner and contractors too. They have my business for life

We’ve used Chaney Services a few times over the years, and Logan is always phenomenal to work with. Professional, courteous, and quick to respond! I couldn’t recommend a better plumber.

He came and saved the day. Was able to stop a faucet leak immediately and get the rusty bolt off to replace the faucet. I got lucky with quick, prompt communication and service.

I have an older house with tricky plumbing and they always do such a fantastic job and always ask permission before doing anything that could be costly or that my home warranty wouldn’t cover. 10/10 service and communication.

We have used Logan for years! He’s always on time and is honest and fair. He even helped us with a bathroom remodel plumbing repair job when our original contractor wouldn’t respond.

Logan is efficient, and most importantly, fair. He completes his jobs promptly and is very thorough. If any changes or unforeseen circumstances came up he contacted me right away. Logan knows exactly what he’s doing and has a ton of experience! Highly recommend!
