They specialize in plumbing supplies however they have no plumbing experience. As l waited to be helped l also observed an employee shouting at a customer because he was not unloading a old water heater in the wrong place due to an employee blocking the entrance to the proper unloading area. For a local small business they have a bad attitude and should have a little more knowledge of the products they sell. I will go to Lowe's where l will be treated with respect and get the service my money is paying for.

Selection is good, but salespeope are just that, salespeople. I trusted them after specifically asking 2 of them if the 3" pipe they were selling me was ok for tankless water heater exhaust. Both said it was. After installing it and thinking I'd saved myself some money DIY, my plumber (doing another job at my house) took one look at it and said it wouldn't work and is not safe to use. $200 down the drain and now I have to tear out all the drywall on that run to replace it with the correct pipe. Go there to buy your stuff, but definitely don't rely on their expertise.

I came into the store to get a valve for my water heater that went out. Its just a standard 3/4 in valve with a shut off!!! Gentleman tells me he doesn’t know what this is and sends me on my way and tells me to go to Home Depot??? Seriously didn't even try to look or even ask one of the 3 other people just sitting around at the counter. Zero customer service?? So I went to Home Depot and purchased the valve.

Very friendly staff and willing to go out of their way to help out their customers. Just want to give a big shout out to Peggy who went above and beyond when it came to locating a part for me. Joe was also extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. I'll definitely be referring my friends and family to Standard Plumbing in West Jordan!

Stock on new water heater is appreciated. They had all the supplies needed for the install Rheem. We found it to be significantly cheaper to purchase the water heater and have a plumbing company install.

Went to see if they had tubs but was told to go to showroom stores in either Sandy or Salt Lake. Lady at the counter was friendly and asked if I needed help.

Heath fixed our bathtub drain problem the same day. He was a pleasure to work with and explained our options well.

Service was excellent. Same-day appointment. The tech found and fixed the problem with my A/C within about 15 minutes (I was lucky this time, I know). Of the 6 companies I called to get pricing, they are the ONLY company that said they would come out and diagnose the problem for no charge. Yes I know that they would have to recoup that expense somehow, but I think it just shows that they're very cost sensitive for the customer. I like that! So they got my business this time--and I will call them before anyone else the next time I need service.

I wish I was one of the 5 star reviewers. Unfortunately I was not and although I never leave reviews I felt this was needed. Its unfortunate when you have to fire a staff member due to an unsafe and unprofessional installation. The frustration didn't end there for me. Countless calls to get the system to work properly and too little concern from the staff lead me to speak with the owner. I have to say that Leo was nice and made things right. But buying my review was not one of the things I consider upstanding as a business practice. The owner also made things right but I had to call him and voice my frustrations otherwise I wouldn't have had any credit given to me. This was a significant enough of an issue that should have warranted an immediate reaction from the owner and to fix all issues to make things right. Although they did make things right in the end, it wasnt something they proactively offered.

David and Crozby did an excellent job removing our shower handle. Another plumber was ready to hack into everything and start a bathroom remodel, but David and Crosby got the cartridge out and saved us thousands of dollars! Very nice guys who have the customer's concerns and best interests at heart. So thankful for them!
