Monday evening and a sudden burst pipe and flood in the basement left us scrambling for an emergency plumber. Tried three other services and got nowhere fast with trying to get someone. True Plumbing came to the rescue! Got to talk to an actual person who sounded like they worked for the company rather than just a call center somewhere. Confirmed details and let us know someone would be there in about an hour.

Jason appeared within the specified time, determined where the leak was and had it fixed and our water back on in less than an hour. Very quick, very efficient, and very cost effective. Highly recommended.

True Plumbing, I am impressed!! The PROFESSIONALISM, INTEGRITY and QUALITY of service displayed by each True Plumbing employee from the initial call to get a quote, to the clean up after the install was ABOVE AND BEYOND!! True Plumbing has been out to my place twice for different items. I noticed some issue with paint the other day and they discovered a drain pipe issue. They're incredible quick to respond and have done great work both times. East and Nick were out to my place today for the pipe repair. They are professional, respectful and did a great job. This is my go to plumbing company now.

Jason is remarkable and this company is quick, honest, professional and it was a big job. The whole sewer line inside and out of my house. He also installed a tank less water heater and I am so thankful to him and his employees for a super job and so well done. I had other bids that were 2X the cost and it was when they could get around to it, it was not that way with them. Thank you True Plumbing for all you have done your amazing.

I had a water leak- pipe cracked . Called this company and they were here in an hour and fixed the leak right away . For a weekend emergency work they are very reasonable . Gentleman that showed up was very polite and professional . Local Utah company and good work .

Jason (owner) and his son came to work on finishing our basement. They were efficient, fast, respectful and got the job done right!. They were great at communicating and very professional. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Call them to get great work and a great price.

Called the company on a Sunday, quick answer and prompt service, excellent communication! Was very pleased with polite service, great work and experience. Got my backed up system going in no time for a fantastic price, especially for a Sunday response! I will definitely use in the future as well as recommend to others!

The main water line sprung a leak on a Saturday. I hit up my FB community page asking for recommendations for a plumber on the weekend. True Plumbing was the first response I got. I called and Jason responded immediately and came to the house to inspect. Two days later, within 4 hours of work, Jason and his crew installed a new waterline into my home. They even did a great job putting the yard back together! Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend true plumbing enough!! Our water heater went down on a holiday weekend while my in-laws were in town. Jason was quick to come out and quickly get it fixed. Fair pricing, excellent customer service. Will return for any future needs.

These guys are awesome, they fixed our main water line and pressure regulator valve leak by replacing both. Also I had called 4 plumbers before them and in terms of pricing they're fair and honest. I would recommend them for anyone who needs a job well done and fair pricing. I have also included before and after pictures.

Jason and East did a great job responding to a leak that sprung up right as we were putting our house on the market. They replaced the outside hose bib, installed a water pressure regulator on our 70 year old home (there was not one previously), and updated the water line in our crawlspace. This has helped us get our house in shape for an inspection! They are very friendly and helpful, and I recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Easton and Nick with True Plumbing we’re total lifesavers! We decided to remodel our bathroom only to find our plumbing was old and a total disaster under the house.

True Plumbing was able to come to our home quickly and begin a total re-pipe job that did not cost us an arm and a leg. We even added a water softener.

Easton and Nick were so friendly and professional, they even picked us up a shower pan and installed it. Then to top it off after we were done with the remodel they came back and installed all the shower trim and set our new vanity! These guys are amazing and I will recommend them to anyone that needs any plumbing work done!

We had a bathtub drain leaking. I tried to fix it myself. Gave up and called True Plumbing. Best repair company I've ever called. Jason came out. Very professional and polite. I was impressed with the way he represented himself and the company. I highly recommend True Plumbing.

Our hot water heater started leaking on Saturday. We called True Plumbing and they had someone at our house within two hours. The plumber (Jason, the owner) texted in advance of his arrival , diagnosed the problem, gave us a quote and completed the repair/replacement within 5 hours. The repair included fixing a major pipe mess.

He was careful to protect our carpet and cleaned up thoroughly after his repair. I HIGHLY recommend this business!!

Jason showed up right on time and got my water heater running again. He took the time to explain what was going on in plain terms and gave me my options without any pressure. He also pointed out a couple of code updates that will need to be addressed down the road, and the recommendations were very reasonable. I really appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and just how approachable and helpful he was.

Jason and his team are the best. They were quick to get us scheduled and always do quality work. Most recently they fixed our leaking bathtub faucet. They have also helped us when our hot water pipes burst in the basement and when we needed new water lines put in for our fridge/freezer. Their prices are reasonable and their service is reliable.
