Super happy with Rocket. They came out and did a superb job in replacing my old HVAC with a high efficiency furnace and heat pump setup. Looks great, performs great. After ironing out a few initial kinks it is running like a dream. Great included labor warranty that beats anyone in the valley. Received multiple quotes and the value from Rocket beats them all. I can’t say enough about Kyle and the rest of the guys. Definitely a strong recommend from me.

Original Review: These guys are great. Kyle took care of our Rheem warranty repair when the original company (a competitor also listed as a pro on the Rheem website) that did the water heater swap failed to commit to their labor warranty. The original company wanted to charge us labor and also get compensated by Rheem. Kyle diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Will see if it lasts but if the problem is the Rheem unit then will likely go with a Bradford White or a tankless unit from this same company. Honest, great prices, and they don’t just try to do things to get money out of you. I’m a fan of this family run company that still operates the way all service companies should. Will use as my go to plumber going forward.

We are very happy with the installation. It works great and they spent the time to make it all look nice, even giving a facelift to the messy sealing job done by a previous technician. The experience was great and they were a pleasure to have in our home. I would happily recommend them!

Had them come and give me a quote to move some drains in the basement concrete, set a tub and rough in a couple of sinks in addition to putting in a house filter, water softener, and RO system! Kyle and his team were very professional and were more than willing to answer any questions and were able to get it all done quickly!

Rocket Plumbing was awesome. They upgraded out traditional water heater after failing to a tankless. We love it the consistent heat and it even seems to provide a softer stream of soft water from out softener. It's better in every way!

Kyle came and thoroughly checked out my furnace problems and gave me several options to fix them. He made an appointment the next day to replace my furnace and left space heaters to keep my house warm. They took care of details I wouldn’t have thought about. By the time they left I had heat and hot water. Yea! They left the area neat and clean as well.

Kyle returned my after hours call and stopped by my rental. He explained the problem with the hot water tank, gave me an estimate and set a time for the following day. He was quick, friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything and sent photos, since I am out of town. Rocket was fast, reasonable and dependable. They gave me a much needed referral for other work I need done. They will be my go to plumber for any future needs.

I couldn’t get the pilot light to ignite on my water heater. Kyle with Rocket was at my house within an hour of calling. He assessed the situation and gave me options/pricing for repair with the option of replacing if I preferred. As the water heater was quite old I decided to replace it. The new heater was installed that day. The company arranged inspection/permit with the city. They even hauled off the old equipment and cleaned up.

Kyle was great and replaced a hot water heater's leaking ball valve. He found out that the expansion tank had also failed and was full of water (replaced that too).
He was also willing to look at a furnace issue and leaking outdoor water faucets.

Kyle and his team are great and I highly recommend them to anyone looking. We found out we had several holes in our heat exchanger and that our furnace needed to be replaced. They were one of the quotes we got for a replace and they were $600 cheaper than the closest bid with a great high efficient unit. They were the only one that offered to get it inspected by the city and pointed out the $300 rebate for the furnace. They did great work and I will be calling again if I need work done.

We've worked with J&M for something like eight years now and they have never let us down. They've helped with our cooler, changed out our water heater and water softener, and have done numerous other small projects as well. Every time, they are prompt, professional, and courteous. Can't recommend them enough. They're awesome!

So glad we found this great company! When you are getting a whole new HVAC system there is so much to learn and filter through. Nick did a great Job installing our tankless waterheater

Came out within the hour- let me know exactly what the problem was. And had everything done within an hour. He was super courteous, and professional. And left detailed information about what he did in case I need to know if there is a problem that might come up in the future. I would definitely use them again for any heating/air needs. And also kind to my dog.
Will also be recommending them to anyone who needs someone!!

Nick was on time and very professional. I was at work and my wife was the one that was home to let him in. He didn't make her uncomfortable at anytime. He even fixed a few other little things and answered all her questions. He even went out his way to fix the handle with a separate toilet. He was curteous, professional and very knowledgeable.
