I made the call early and Luis & Rubelo were able to stop by later the same day to fix the clog in our sink. They were professional, feet covered, and went straight to work. About 30 minutes later they were done. Thanks, guys!

After an AC Tuneup service was performed. A couple of suggestions were made by Luis in order to improve cooling and heating in our bedroom and bathroom. Two vents were relocated. Luis and Edgar did a clean professional job. The price was fair and we are very happy with the results.

Luis with Mr. Expert provided a timely fix to an issue with out sprinkler system. I called on a Monday morning because a sprinkler zone wouldn’t turn off, and he came within an hour. We had a couple other issues come up, and he was able to fix them as well. Sprinkler repairs can be costly, but we are very pleased with the service and everything is up and running wonderfully now! Would recommend this company.

This Utah plumbing company saved me money when my neighbors and I needed help fast with a sewer issue. Nick came out within 45 min to help us out and save the day! I can’t say enough about the whole entire staff - Luis is a great guy too. I recommend Mr. Expert highly because they respond quickly and are very fairly priced for the good work they do!!

When my furnace just stopped working today (during a snow storm with temps dropping to 18 degrees overnight) I frantically went online to find someone to come out after hours. After a couple of tries and getting told I would have to wait until tomorrow, I found Mr. Expert Plumbing. I spoke with Luis who told me he could be here in 45 mins. I don't think it was even a half hour before he got to the house. After a quick review, he showed me where the circuit board had a short. He offered to try and solder it himself, to try and save money on having to replace the whole component. After spending some time he got it fixed and up and running. He was amazing! I am so glad I found this company. Thank you so much Luis! I will be calling on you in the future (just hopefully not too soon!)

Jorge was a the ideal professional! He showed up on time, went right to work and did an excellent job! We were worried this time that it was our main sewage line that was broken, but Jorge bored it, and scoped it. He even showed me the whole line and it was good.
A friend of mine recommended Mr. Expert, and I've thanked him up and down for it! I would recommend them to anyone!

An outside spigot/hose link on our home had the cap pop off and we had water pouring out into our front yard about 8:30 at night. We had to turn off the water to our home for about 24 hours. I had contacted a large company to come do the work in the morning, but they did not come through and I called Mr. Expert Plumbing around noon and had an appointment for them to come between 3-5 that same day. They came and did a very nasty job, crawling through an outside crawlspace of sorts, in freezing temperatures, and installed a pipe and spigot that fixed the problem permanently. It wasn't cheap, but still a reasonable price for the work done and Jorge and his assistant were polite, professional and got the job done quickly. I can't recommend them highly enough. Sometimes it really pays to go with smaller and more local companies instead of the big names. Give them a try...I think you'll be pleased with their work:)

We had a backed up sewer line and Jorge and his helper were very professional, responsive and took the time to fix the problem in a timely manner. They explained the problem and the different options which could be taken now and in the future. I was very impressed with them.

Mr. Expert is awesome! Luis is very freindly and advised potential issue that may occur for a pipe that is 80 years old. Pricing is fantastic!! I will definitely use them again!!!

We used Mr. Expert several times and were very impressed with the quality of services provided. Their prices are reasonable and their guys know what they're doing. If anything is amiss, they will make it right. We've used a lot of different plumbing companies over the years because of lack of availability or problems with pricing or service. Now we've found a company we're comfortable using again and again.

I’m giving a one star rating just for the fact that I had a plumbing service done on Saturday and because they’re closed on sundays, I had to wait to call on Monday and ask if I could speak to a manager and the numbers that I called, are only dispatch numbers. Josie said that she had sent a text to a manager that was doing a job and should contact me sometime through the day and today being almost Wednesday, I have not been contacted by such manager.
My issue is that the technician/plumber that did the service, did not honor a discount that I mentioned and said that he was already charging me the lowest price. Which compared to previous major plumbing work performed, it was about the same price or possibly more for just changing a toilet house and replaced the water shut off from the water line underneath the toilet. Now I’m wondering how they charge, even though in the website it states they charge by the job instead by the hour. Again, he stated that he was already giving the lowest price and he got the job done in less than 29 minutes, which it brings another issue.. when I called to make an appointment, Josie gave a window period between 3-5 pm and I informed her that I was as off work at 5, so I would be home just a little after 5 and she said she would note that. When I received the text that the plumber had been dispatched, it was 5:48 pm and that he should arrive shortly, it was until 6:47pm that he arrived and in the invoice, the time listed shows 5:51:58 pm and end time at 6:16:39 pm, when that wasn’t the time and I have proof from our security cameras. If that time listed was manipulated, that is considered time fraud. So many inconsistencies with this recent job from them, it is a shame because will not be doing business with you anymore and based on this, I would not recommend them anymore either.

The man came and looked in the valve box, turned each valve and said there is no leak. He said something I could not understand. I asked could it be some where else. He said I don't know. He thanked me and left.

Jorge was very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. He was also very kind. Pricing was the best compared to others that had given me an estimate!

We called Mr. Expert to take care of a few plumbing issues that we were concerned would be difficult and very expensive to fix. We got an appointment for first thing the next morning. Our technician, Jesus, was on time and super friendly and respectful. He was very helpful with explaining things and got the job done quickly. We were thrilled that he was able to do the work without it being a big ordeal. He noticed another issue and respectfully pointed it out without trying to sell us on more work. We will definitely use Mr. Expert for our future plumbing needs.

I've used Mr. Expert multiple times. I've been able to get them out the same day or the next day for a consultation appointment. They've always been on time, professional, and just overall pleasant people! Their pricing is competitive and they thoroughly break everything down before work starts. I'll definitely continue using them in the future.
