We finished our basement at the end of 2020. Frontier did the plumbing for our bathroom. They left a massive hole in the tub surround and the tub spout does not cover the whole thing. We were told that they would order a plate that would cover it and go with our tub spout but it’s been over a year and when I try to follow up with them I get no response. We still have not been able to use the shower because of the big hole that is leftover.

Came to look at our hot water heater which was not staying on. “Fixed” the part by using a piece of electrical tape which was good for that evening and to have hot water but hardly a fix. I was called two days later about paying the call out fee which was payed the same night. I took the opportunity to express my disappointment with the repair as it doesn’t treat the problem, just the symptom. Stuart proceeded to patronize me and suggest that the problem was fixed, that we were just paying the callout fee and didn’t pay for any kind of work (given this is a home warranty issue). I’m a pretty chill guy and don’t get angry very easily, but I was absolutely livid by the response of this guy. I will never recommend this company to anyone just purely based on the customer experience I had.

2 really young men showed up to fix my leaking faucets. They stripped the bolts down when they took off the faucets. Then told us they fixed it. Then when I went to try it the whole faucets just popped off. I can not put the faucets back on cause they stripped the bolt. They then told us to sign for a receipt saying they fixed everything. Now there saying we were fine with the way they "fixed" the faucets. Never told us that they couldn't put the faucets back on. Don't recommend this place.

This Company is Amazing! Stuart is wonderful to work with! I highly recommend this Company to fix any of your plumbing and heating needs!! They are very professional and punctual and get in and get the job done right. They do a Fabulous job I strongly recommend them.

I was referred by my home warranty company after the first company they sent me tried to schedule 11 days out when I have no hot water... after asking for a 2nd assignment I was put in touch with Frontier, they came out the next morning, diagnosed and convinced the warranty company to replace, and had a new one in and working flawlessly the next day... no hassle and much appreciated. Than you!!

We had Frontier Plumbing and Heating out to service our hot water heater which had been releasing water occasionally. Our water pressure coming in from the city was way too high and was putting excess pressure on our tank. A previous plumber had insisted that we needed a new pressure regulator valve and a replacement expansion tank for a total of $700. Frontier was able to adjust the valve to bring the pressure to the acceptable level. It was a fraction of the cost for the service and he said we should be good to go for a few years at least. I love honest people!!!!!

When it comes to fixing something broken in your house, you are always going to wonder if you made the right choice after making a service call, but I can say for certain that Frontier Plumbing is hands down the best company I have worked with for any kind of maintenance on my home.

Frontier has done two jobs at my house in the last year, replacing a bad kitchen faucet and replacing the water heater. Both jobs were done by Stuart.

Frontier is extremely professional, showing up on time and calling well ahead if there is a delay, and even if they are going to be just a few minutes late. They recommend high quality US manufactured appliances and install them with minimal disruption and great care.

This is only a review of my two experiences, but I believe that if you are looking for a company that is going to get the job done, do it right and have pride in their the work and the appliances they install in your home, Frontier is a great choice.

Our water heater went out at the worst time. Frontier was fast friendly and affordable. Everyone we were in contact with was very kind and did a great job.

I am glad to have my hot water back and it was a pleasant surprise to have such great service when you are having such a bad day.

Frontier Plumbing literally SAVED my kitchen remodel! I’ve been using Frontier at my home for several years now. When my general contractor dropped the ball in my kitchen (mid-project) — Frontier was quick to help take over the rough and finish plumbing. They did an amazing job! Worth every penny!! You won’t regret working with them! And a HUGE shout out to Stuart- he was fantastic! (He also installed the appliances AND pot filler!)

There technicians are awesome! So friendly! They came and installed my kitchen faucet. They are excellent at communicating when they will be arriving. They were very efficient and pay attention to detail when doing installation. And they cleaned up great after they were done! I couldn't of asked for a better experience. I will use them again forsure!

Our water heater went out over the weekend. I contacted Stuart and he responded quickly. We were in contact with several other companies, and Frontier gave us one of the lower bids with the quickest timeline. The job was completed in a timely manner on the day they promised. Communication throughout the entire process was amazing. Stuart was always timely with his responses, and answered all of our questions. I would recommend Frontier to anyone, and we will use this company again in the future when needed.

Great Customer Service and Stuart was awesome because my Garbage Disposal stop grinding because a few gravel rock pebbles went down and was able to get those out and now its working Give Frontier Plumbing a call for all your plumbing needs. I wish I could give 10 stars

Called All Utah Plumbing for outdoor leaks. They responded promptly, gave a quote and repaired the issues quickly. A second call for indoor repairs and same professional, prompt and efficient service.

I was desperate to find someone to repair our sprinklers. Our yard was looking so sad and embarrassing I had to do something. My husband, normally the handyman in our family, was recovering from surgery and no way would have been able to do the work. I first tried the popular DIY apps to find someone but was disappointed in the lack of response and the ones who did respond said they didn't service my area. Then I just did a Google search for sprinkler repair in my county and the first one that popped up was All Utah Plumbing. I liked the rating of the business so I chatted to them and asked if they did sprinkler repair. They quickly replied that they did. So I called them. Someone answered immediately. I explained my problem and they said they could have someone out the next day. I was floored! True to their word, the next morning, a team of guys arrived, including John Holland, the owner. They took the time to assess the problem and then wrote a a detailed quote for the work. John is very personable and I felt good about him and his team and everything we talked about so I hired them. They started work the next day and because of a few hiccups, they came back the following business day to not only complete the work, but to walk through everything to make sure we were satisfied. I couldn't have been happier! Plus, they noticed our deck was looking a little old and saggy and said they do decks too! I was so relieved not only to have the sprinklers fixed, but to know that they do so much more and I will definitely hire them again for our next project. By the way, I love their motto, "Let me heal your home." They truly do!

John & Coy were very nice to work with and went above and beyond to install a dryer vent and in our home. They came out to give an estimate, but were able to make the repair the same day. They even spray painted the fixture to match the house color. I highly recommend All Utah Plumbing, Heating, and Air.

John and Anthony were professional and worked hard to diagnose what was causing the sewer'y smell in our sinks and drains. In the end, they recommended an easy solution we can do ourselves. A great result for the cost of a service call. Highly recommend!

We are grateful for the prompt service. However, we are still in sticker shock over the price of replacing a single sprinkler valve, especially after I did all of the excavating to uncover the leaky valve.

These guys were amazing to work with. Coy and Justin were out on time, clean, clear and worked hard through my difficult requests. They did the job right the first time, with a warranty to back up their work. Couldn’t be happier, and highly recommend the company to anyone needing plumbing, heating or air help.

I absolutely loved working with John and his team! John replaced our sink and installed a new water softener for us. He was quick, efficient and very straightforward throughout the entire process. I will definitely be calling him again when we are ready for our home remodel.
