This business is a scam. I asked them to come out to assess our sprinkler system. I was told it was only a $39 dispatch fee for an estimate, which I agreed to pay for a quote (which was annoying because quotes are usually free). When they showed up at the house, they then expected to charge another $120 to assess the system. The tech walked our yard for 5 minutes, didn't turn on any valves like he told us he would do, and gave my spouse a quote for $29,000 to just "redo the whole system." This guy flat out lied to us when he told us he would assess the system for the $39 as promised.
This company has lost my business and should be charged with fraud. DO NOT USE THEM.

The gentlemen that came out were very nice, and fixed my issue. They also came very quickly which was impressive. However, I got a super basic thermostat from them and was charged over $200 for it, when in reality this is a 39.99 thermostat. I should've price checked it, and I didn't. I feel taken advantage of unfortunately, I paid them so much money. I can't imagine install for them is over $150.00. Just disappointing to have such a nice crew, charge me so much for a basic, basic part.

Your employees were very courteous and professional. They answered all my questions with ease. They cleaned up after themselves and some of my own mess. I recommend this company for any of your household needs.

John and his associates were such a great help in assisting us figure out some pipe and plumbing issues we are having in our condo unit and building. They were very prompt, expedient, and provided us with some great recommendations with how to proceed with the upcoming repairs to our unit and building’s piping and plumbing issues. We look forward to working with them in future. We will be recommending them to our insurance, and hope to use their services when we are able to finally proceed with the actual replacement and/or repair of the plumbing. I was able to get a quick appointment to fix broken sprinkler pipe, and they were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained what was wrong, how they were going to fix it, and how to keep it running without problems in the future. They are my “ go to guys “ for sure!!

Called them for an emergency and they were headed over within the hour. I did not even expect repairs the same day, but they got started immediately. They told me the inexpensive path and potential risks associated with it, and they gave me the kore expensive option that would prevent sprinkler flooding again. No pressure no matter what option I chose. The guys were really nice and honest, and the job was completely done within a few hours of my morning call. Impressed and I saved their number for the future. They will be my new plumber/sprinkler guys.

Anthony came out to do a tuneup on our furnace. We’ve had this little noise when it would turn on and he fixed it really easily. Super honest and transparent pricing/services. Highly recommend

Had an emergency issue with our humidifier including a significant resulting water leak in the basement and heating system, called them, they responded promptly and fixed the initial problem. Performed a courtesy review of the heating and hot water tank, identified 2 other related issues, provided clear explanations and evidence of same, quoted and explained detailed pricing to correct and then repaired them in a timely and professional manner. Techs were very knowledgeable, experienced, efficient, neat and courteous in performing their work. Will definitely use them again. Thanks All Utah Plumbing, Heating and Air!

These guys are great they are polite and helpful. They might not be the cheapest but they have great integrity and the job gets done and it is done well. Rob is my favorite tech he is personable as well as knowledgeable and he loved my dogs. All Utah Plumbing is great I would recommend them to anyone. I had more work done by them and everything they have done has been perfect. I would recommend all Utah to anyone.

Had a good leak in my 30yo sprinkler shut off valve 5 feet underground. They showed up next day, had it all dug out replaced, filled in and compacted with water on by middle of the afternoon. The fast response and good feeling that we won't have issues like that again for while, is good! Great communication the whole day. Thanks Perez and Walter!

We started with a downstairs remodel from half bath to 3/4 bathroom. We ended up re-piping the whole house, finishing the gas line to the stove upstairs so we could convert from electric and putting in a new sink once we saw what this company could offer. The estimates were fair and accurate, the guys worked their tails off and the quality of the work was exceptional. They were so patient at explaining options available to us and helping us understand the nature of our choices. We never felt pressured or taken advantage of. Extremely professional and considerate. The owner was a very active part of the project offering advice and guidance where needed. Jeremy coordinated the project and kept things going on a daily basis. He provided the follow up which is inevitably necessary on a project of this magnitude and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction even after the final payment had been made. Would recommend this company and especially this crew for any job large or small. Don't know how you could ask for anything more.

We had a hot water heater malfunction and Walter and his associates at All Utah Plumbing helped us get back to normal in a very timely manner. They demonstrated great generosity in helping us to upgrade to a tankless system; all interactions were both courteous and professional. If you have a plumbing problem-reach out to these guys.

John did exactly what he stated needed doing and with no added fees. He explained the work performed and discussed with us how to maximize the efficiency of what was done. We had our work done on a cabin in Oakley and needed a new water heater and water pressure valve installed to counter water surges that can often happen. Also discussed some possible future projects that is right up their alley.

I found all Utah plumbing heating and Air through a Google search. I have not had good success with plumbers in the past, so I went off of their ratings that I found online. I'm very very happy that I found them. They were very professional. When I called to make an appointment for a bid someone answered the phone, and not an answering machine that said I will call you back. They came and gave me a bid within 2 days. They completed the work the day after I accepted the bid. The work was completed in a timely manner, and they left the work area clean. I would recommend this company to anybody that is in need of their services.

We had to replace our water service line, which could've been a total nightmare. But Perez, CJ, and everyone else that had to come out were great to work with, and made the whole situation so much easier. They were very communicative and got the job done way faster than I could've hoped for.
