I've had great service from Valley Plumbing. The gentleman that worked on my kitchen faucets named Keaton and he did a spectacular job. I can highly recommend Valley Plumbing for all your plumbing and heating needs because they do high quality work.

These guys did a water main replacement on our house. David helped us troubleshoot the problem. Alaric, Dusty, and Marshall were outstanding in the professional manner they accomplished the work, the whole time keeping us informed as to the progress. I recommend Valley Plumbing to anyone needing minor or major plumbing work done.

John V. and Lae did a sensational job with our water heater replacement. They were great communicators and really took the time to ensure our needs were met. I will definitely continue to use Valley Plumbing in the future because of their care and attention to detail.

Parker and the other technician were very professional. It took them a bit to troubleshoot what was going on with our hot water heater as no error code was showing but it was making a very strange and annoying sound. They were diligent in calling the manufacturer explaining what was going on and explained why it should be covered under the manufacturer warranty. They disassembled the burner again explaining to the manufacturer rep what they found (basically no reason for it to be making that humming annoying noise). They were able to get the part replaced by the manufacturer. The labor still had to be paid. Roughly ~ $600.00. This was over the course of 2 days. I feel like this was a fair price with the diagnostic plus labor (and the back and forth negotiations with the manufacturer to get the burner under warranty replaced). I would recommend this company. This is the second time we have used their services.

These are absolutely the nicest people to work with. Journeyman Trey came promptly at 8 to repair a gas leak at my stove and had it finished within a half hour. I definitely will be calling Valley Plumbing for any future work that I need.

I was enterd in a drawing for a heating system and I got the call saying I won I was so excited I never won anything before and I was with out heat for 6 years. They came in and explained everything to me and in 2 days they were back installing it for me im so glad they were very friendly and kind and fast we sure need more people like Valley plumbing workers. Taylor and Austin did a fantastic job for me. They were very professional and knowledgeable . I had more than one plumbing need. They explained what the issues/problems were and what options there were for repairs and replacement. They explained everything well, and I was able to choose options that I felt good about. I am very happy and satisfied with the repairs and my new toilet. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Had Mitch and Jacob come out and do the plumbing for a new basement kitchen. They were on time, kept me informed on different parts of the job, and cleaned everything up before they left. They were very personable, professional and did a great job!

I appreciate how quick Valley Plumbing was able to dispatch & respond to a plumbing leak in my home. The plumber, Kayden, was able to quickly diagnose a minor plumbing leak on the new tub drain I had installed. Kayden did a fine job. As quick as the repair was, the service fee was still $261 and was more than another local plumber I’ve used in the past. Therefore, 4 out of 5 stars.

Eddie and Lai (sp?) were so nice and so professional. They kept everything so clean and were in and out in no time. They explained everything and talked through options without trying to upsell. They were both so friendly and nice to talk to. Wonderful experience!

We had a couple of valves that needed to be replaced for a sink at our business. We had a couple of estimates done and their prices seemed very reasonable and in line with my expectations. Trey was punctual and efficient and did great work. We would use Valley Plumbing again and will recommend them to friends and family.

Valley Plumbing offered fast same day service, communicating thoroughly throughout the entire process. Trey did an awesome job helping us unclog our basement drain during a basement renovation. I would highly recommend their services and when we are in need of a plumber in the future, we plan on calling Valley Plumbing again.

Valley was very reponsive to my inquiry for plumbing services. They were communicative and fast. Dean was pleasant and informative. He evaluated the issue, explained it to me and quoted cost. It was on the high end of what I expected but he assured me that it was fair market price. He was kind and seemed trustworthy. He quickly took care of the job and processed my payment. He also recommended other maintenence and services that will help my plumbing function properly and efficiently. I will use Valley (Dean) again.

My water heater went out and a friend recommended valley plumbing. They were fantastic. They were able to quickly assess the problem. Order the parts and get my water heater repaired. The price was reasonable. The service was excellent and every technician that came to my house was professional friendly and I would highly recommend valley plumbing to anyone.

Called Valley plumbing to take a look at my water heater. Dusty came over and quickly evaluated my water heater . He was very friendly and had a big smile. He changed some parts in the water heater and it was no longer leaking . They are a great company and Dusty is an asset to their company.
