Dusty was awesome at updating my plumbing and adding a bidet! Super friendly and professional! Awesome plumber! Did everything I asked, good problem solver, didn’t cut corners, came to me with any concerns he found. Couldn’t have asked for better! We Will definitely ask for him to come back with any future plumbing issues!

These guys are awesome. Their bid was the most reasonable out of the others we got, and they were able to get me scheduled quickly. They showed up on time, got the work done on time, and after everything was finished they gave me a couple days to make sure everything was working properly before closing out and paying.

Dusty, the technician, is a stud. Super nice, easy to work with, and great communication throughout. Honestly, everything about the experience was solid. I’d highly recommend them.

Awesome company! They came out the same day I called within 30 min just to look at it for free! No obligations or pressure. NICK was great! He was informative and gave me several different options. I never know who to trust in plumbing because I've had a couple of companies come in and I swear they mess it up so they can sell an expensive fix. Valley took the time, did a great job! They showed up exactly on time. Their entire crew is clean, friendly and professional. They were done replacing our entire water line in less than four hours. They were super respectful of our home and cleaned up when they were done as nice as I would have done. We were amazed by how well they dealt with our urgent emergency. Our water is no longer leaking and all is well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS ❤️❤️❤️

Prompt, reliable, and truly knowledgeable—finding a plumbing company with these qualities these days is tough, but we finally did in West Jordan. We recently dealt with a couple of stressful plumbing backups that caused flooding in two bathrooms. Theodore came out quickly and took his time to carefully diagnose the problem. Even though the news wasn't great, he was right on target with his assessment. It turned out we had several cracked sewer pipes buried under the garage floor, which meant cutting out a large section and digging deep into our tough Utah soil to reach the pipes. Theodore was joined by Javier and Luis, and together they worked tirelessly, even late into the evening, to find and fix every cracked pipe. They ran a camera through the lines to double-check for any more problems and found additional cracks just beyond the area they had already opened up. Without hesitation, they carefully tunneled through the dirt to reach and repair those pipes, too. When the work was done, they filled everything back in, hauled away all the debris, and left the place spotless. Throughout the whole process, Theodore, Javier, and Luis were extremely polite and patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions. The job was really demanding, especially in the West Jordan heat, but they stayed until everything was finished perfectly. From the first call to the office to the final cleanup, everyone was super responsive and caring. We feel lucky to have found such a hardworking and honest plumbing team here in Utah. From now on, this is the only plumbing company we’ll call.
