I have used J&M Plumbing Heating & Air several times over the years and have always been very happy with the service they have provided. They have always done an amazing job and have honest pricing. They're fantastic and the service is always excellent. Nick, Melissa and Gilbert are always prompt, professional, and courteous. That has never changed over the years and is greatly appreciated. I will definitely use them in the future. I highly recommend using them.

The service was quick and exceptional! My husband and I liked how we could get a technician to come out on the same day we called. Also, they sent a pic of Gilbert ahead of time so we knew who would show up at our door. Gilbert was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He knew the answers to all of our questions. We will definitely use their services again.

This company is amazing. My air ducts and furnace had sheet rock dust all over. Gilbert came in and explained everything so well in detail. The cleaning of the air ducts was done with a scrubber and camera and I was given a usb of the videos of the cleaning. Gilbert got my numbers of my furnace correct. There was a part of my air ducts that wasn’t connected by the builder with a zip tie. Gilbert cut a hole in my ceiling and fixed it for not extra charge. Wonderful company. Sign up for their club. J & L Plumbing is our go to for plumbing concerns. They are professional, on-time, and the office called to let me know their ETA. Today Nick changed out old components in one of our toilet tanks. He also swapped out the old water turn off valve that was so corroded I couldn't even get it to turn. This is the 3rd job they've done for us and we're very satisfied customers. Also, J & L is a locally owned company. I like that our money is staying here and helping the local economy thrive.

Nick and Gilbert did an amazing job installing my new furnace and converting my home to central air. My home was built in the 50’s and has been added on to so there were some ducting changes they needed to make to ensure the system would heat and cool the whole house. I went from a swamp cooler to a heat pump for my AC. They were very professional and explained all of my options. Excellent service!

Very professional, knowledgable, did a good job. The office is well organized. I had completely forgotten the air conditioner set up had to wait until spring after they put in a new furnace and compressor but they called us back to set up an appointment in plenty of time. All in all, we’re very happy with the service.

We bought a new washer. When I went to reinstall the two water line hoses. The hot and cold water faucets both started spraying water. I really had to crank them down to get them to stop. I called J&M, it was my first time using J&M for a plumbing repair. I was very impressed with their customer service. They kept me informed with when their technician would be arriving.

Nick my technician did an amazing job! He suggested I upgraded to newer style faucets. I also had him replace my main water pressure valve. He was quick, detail oriented, cleaned up the mess, respectful and polite. I will definitely use their service again and refer them to my friends/family. Thank you

Gilbert was extremely knowledgeable and very informative. You could tell he cared very much about the work and service he was to perform. I would highly recommend this company. Both owners spoke with me and one came on site to inspect the work that was being performed.

J&M is top notch! They’re always on time and fairly prices. They did a great job relocating HVAC pipes that were in the way of our new deck. I highly recommend J&M and will use them for any future projects!

I called J & M Plumbing for an appointment to unclog a bathroom sink. The receptionist was very helpful and considerate. Plumber Nick showed up right on time and worked on the sink, he cleaned up after himself and he was very knowledgeable, professional, and very nice to work with. We then asked if he could look at another sink if he had the time to do it. He did and fixed it perfectly like the other one. I strongly recommend this company, they are honest and pricing was within the margin we thought it would be. We have been taken by Action plumbing and that company is being sued for ripping off customers.

Update: 2/13/26 my water heater went out early this morning and I called J&M Plumbing again and they were so quick to show up in Sandy, Utah. They were efficient and affordable. Thanks again Nick. I am so glad I found you guys!

We had a leak because our drain line cracked. We called J & M and they sent a plumber (Nick) out that day. They gave us a very fair price for a bathroom remodel and new water heater. They fit us in to their schedule and we were able to get all the work done right before Christmas. Nick was very knowledgeable and did phenomenal work. We will definitely use this company again in the future!

Super pleased with the service and repair we received from J&M Plumbing Hearing & Air. They came highly recommended from our friends (Abby and Arion) as a second opinion when we received news from another service provider who said we needed a whole new system (furnace and air conditioner). Granted our system is 9 years old, but we hadn’t had any significant problems to date. And we had spent a lot of money (in 2016) on what we hoped would be 15-20 year system.

During a routine check-up, the other provider found a small crack in our heat exchanger - which I know is a big deal. Cost to replace the heat exchangers was north of $5k, but a new HVAC system (recommended) was north of $21k!

We decided to go with J&M because their quote for repair was $1k less than the comp - south of $5k. And replacement was $2-3k less. They supported our decision to replace the heat exchangers. Gilbert was amazing throughout the entire process - quote through repair. He was honest, professional, thorough, and super knowledgeable - taking time to explain the process along the way. At one point in the repair, something wasn’t working - that was previously working. Rather than make a quick decision and just replace more parts and charge me more, he figured out the problem and fixed it easily with no additional charge. I appreciated Gilbert’s integrity, excellent work ethic, and cheery nature! Now we know why our friends had recommended J&M and we have found a new HVAC/plumbing service provider!
