Bill and Kyle were amazing! After a frustrating experience with another plumber, I called Rocket and they offered a same-day appointment. They made it out and had my problem fixed in an hour and charged a reasonable price (less than half what I was billed by the other company). Will absolutely work with these guys again! Could not recommend them enough!!!

Rocket Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning were very accommodating to taking my leaking water heater to HD for warranty replacement and installing the new one in record time. Their work and installation was excellent and so quick, I had my hot water back without missing any hot water activity. Bill and his sons were so courteous and friendly, I would hire them for any plumbing, heating, or A/C need I had.

Kyle did a wonderful job tearing out an old corrugated hose spigot and installing a new hose spigot and pex line for us. He arrived on time, was extremely courteous and treated our house like his own house. I highly recommend Kyle and Rocket Plumbing and Heating for all of your plumbing needs!

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Replaced a stop and waste valve for my sprinkler system. Used quality parts & did a quality job. Went the extra mile by replacing some worn PVC sprinkler piping and connections. Clean up & replacement of landscape rocks in their original place was excellent.

We have a water heater that is only 3.5 yrs old that stopped working. I called 4 different places to get an estimate. One told us the repair would be over 1,000 and we would likely end up waiting 5 days or more. Another said they wouldn’t work with a Rheem Home Depot water heater at all, and another said we should just replace it. I called Kyle at Rocket plumbing and he knew exactly how to fix it, was knowledgeable and kind, and his pricing was what I would have expected for a water heater repair. He came out the same day and had our water heater fixed in about 30 minutes. I will definitely be saving his number as our go to plumbing, heating and air guy. Thank you Kyle!!

They replaced my old worn out water heater, and during the replacement found my PRV valve was malfunctioning and replaced it. All in a timely manner for a reasonable cost. My house now has excellent water pressure on both the hot and cold side!

Kyle and his brothers are professional, good-natured and experienced; they skillfully removed an old water heater and replaced it with a tankless model.

Kyle responded so quickly to my initial request for information, (even though it was a Friday evening). I was out of town when my toilet needed fixing, and his communication was wonderful! He quickly unclogged my toilet, and charged me half of what a local handyman had quoted me for doing the same thing. I have found my plumber and will use him for all future plumbing needs. He definitely earned a five star review from me!

Our water heater broke and flooded our son’s room on a Saturday, and Kyle came out Sunday morning and replaced our water heater within a few hours. He also checked and calibrated our water softener for free after that. Excellent service when other larger plumbing companies would’ve taken several days to come out just to give us an estimate. Excellent service.

I just had Rocket Plumbing remove/install a sink/faucet, add new valves and remove an old RO unit. They did a FANTASTIC JOB! I wish I took a picture of the old sink - it was at least 30 years old - white (mostly yellowed) old double sink cast iron with a leaky old faucet. The old sink must have weighed 200 lbs! They did a great job on the install - it fits perfectly and I am so incredibly happy. Just adding this new sink and faucet to my old kitchen was a great upgrade. I highly recommend Rocket - great service, friendly, nice people! I will be using them again.

I've had Rocket Plumbing fix plumbing problems for me three times now and every time they did a fantastic job! I have a summer home in Wasatch County and after opening up the place this spring after winter, I discovered 4 or 5 plumbing leaks and problems. Rocket Plumbing fixed them all in a few hours and everything has worked great since they came. They also advised me about several things I can do to avoid the same problems next winter. Bill and RJ were great to work with and I would definitely recommend them for any problem.

Trying to find a plumber that you can trust is so difficult! However, I found one and am so thrilled. Kyle and Eric from Rocket Plumbing responded on the same day for my water heater that stopped heating. They were delightful to work with and repaired the water heater at a very reasonable price and explained everything to me. I had them install a gas line for a dryer. They were simply outstanding! I will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing and heating problems.

We just used Rocket Plumbing at our house. We’ve used them before on other properties, and again they did a fantastic job. They are always on time. They don’t make a mess and they get the job done correctly. They are friendly and they know what they’re doing. I highly recommend them and will always use them in the future. They were able to dig some old galvanized supply lines out of the wall and replace them With PEX. They also added an internal vent so that the sink will drain properly and quickly, and they hooked up the new faucet and drain and corrected something that another Plumber had done wrong in the bathtub

Last Friday I suddenly had a kitchen sink that was clogged; no water drainage at all. I had had Rocket Plumbing do some work for me in the past so I called them. One of them was at my house in less than an hour! (I know that won't always be the case) He snaked the kitchen sink drain but to no avail. He told me that I would have to call someone with more specialized equipment. I asked for a recommendation and he gave me the name of a company he thought could help. I was not charged for the attempted clog removal. He said if he couldn't get it done, there would be no charge. Thumbs up to a company that didn't charge for a job not accomplished, then making a referral to someone else. Next to actually getting the work done, that was the nicest way to make a customer happy.
