Had to replace both of our HVAC systems and cannot be more pleased with J&M! They will definitely be out go to for ALL things plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. We've had several other companies service our appliances over the 11 years since we built our home and no one compares to J&M.

No complaints. These guys are straight "shooters" and the price was reasonable. They were in and out fast. I called to have an outside faucet fixed, they replaced the entire worn thing with a minimum of damage to the inside wall. And, they discovered a bulging hose on our washing machine. I mean ready to blow! So you could say that they go the extra mile and notice things. Thank goodness!

Edit to add, six years later. We still use their services and are very satisfied with the reliable work that J & M offer.

Nick is great. He is always available when I have plumbing issues; and he explains the problem and solution before starting repairs. More recently he was over when I had an unexplained leak. He was very thorough in his investigation and possible solutions. I have him entered in my contacts for future needs.

They're amazing!! Nick was thorough, quick, and conscientious of our home and was sure not to make a mess. They responded to my message quickly and came within hours. It is a relief to have things fixed and done!

J & M Plumbing was awesome, we wanted to replace the shower enclosure downstairs, we went out for bids and the prices were totally out of reach (Think $20K) so we went to Lowe's to see how much the materials would cost so we could do it ourselves (Material costs were in the neighborhood of $1,200 complete) we were talking with the associate at Lowe's and he recommended we reach out to J & M Plumbing for an estimate, they came in at a quarter of the cost of the bathroom remodel companies, he showed up when he said he would, removed and discarded the old shower enclosure, installed a brand new shower enclosure with new new hardware and was in and out of the house in about 5 hours leaving the work space as clean as it was when he arrived. Definitely recommend J & M Plumbing

I can’t even begin to express my appreciation for this company. We have been going through some stuff with our pipes in this old home we just purchased just a couple months ago. Nick came out with an urgent request and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He even answered some questions for us and checked some things unrelated to the issue he came to fix. He gave us lots of tips and advice going forward with our home in how to properly maintain and check for issues. Huge thank you Nick! You were amazing and I will certainly call again in the future for maintenance.

Gilbert was excellent! He understood our situation and needs. He was careful and diligent in his examination of our heating system and clearly explained what he found. He completed the necessary repairs quickly and efficiently, and I'm confident we got the best possible deal.

They were excellent. Our water heater went out they got us a new one and installed it within a few days of calling under warranty! Highly recommend and will be having them back to clean our vents.

We had J&M install a brand new heat pump system and indoor air quality in our house and it is amazing! Our gas bill now dropped significantly and the air feels and smells great! I would highly recommend them!

We have had problems with our mini-split system for for a couple of years. When Gilbert came he identified the problem within a few minutes. He was careful and efficient as he went about fixing the problem. When he was done the unit was plowing cold air again and it was no longer making a terrible noise. Gilbert is very knowledgeable and professional to work with. I highly recommend Gilbert. I am ver please with J&M Plumbing. We have used them several times over the years and have always been very happy with the service they have provided for us. We will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone.

Nick was fantastic from the first phone call and continued that way until the job was complete. He was very professional and delivered on every promising made. I would recommend JNM all day long. There’s no reason To go any place else. As far as price goes, they were extremely competitive as I checked with several before actually hiring a plumbing company to install a tankless water heater. No regrets!
