Jason with True Plumbing replaced the plastic water line that broke in my kitchen. It’s the one that runs behind the cabinets to the fridge and gives us fresh water and wonderful ice. The plastic line broke and caused massive water damage as you can see. Jason installed a shiny new steel line that will not kink, leak or break! He was very pleasant to work with and very quick. Britany referred me to EPIC Restoration for the demolition and water damage and they have been awesome. They are dealing with my insurance and they also cleaned up well after themselves. I like family owned businesses such as True Plumbing. You get treated like family, not just a consumer/customer. Thank you True Plumbing

Wow, not an emergency but Jason certainly treated it like it was! My water heater had a bad T&P valve and my expansion tank was also a culprit of a leak. He took care of it short order and with minimal cost. Job well done in a tight work environment!

Very professional and so glad they found time to fit me in! We had both a plumbing and furnace problem at the same time! So nice to get both fixed at the same time and quickly with one service call. ‘Tis the season for unexpected repairs. Our hot water heater started leaking and had to be replaced just in time for Christmas. We called Rocket. Bill and Kyle came out and answered all of our questions. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and competitively priced which was a plus this time of year. They did a great job! Kyle and Bill arrived right on time, were friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to fix the furnace and to provide me with valuable information about the unit, warranties, and its performance. They repaired the issue in under an hour and pricing was very fair.

Rocket Plumbing is AMAZING! I am so glad I found them. I had a furnace installed by another company several years ago and it never worked well and the house was always cold. The previous company said that it was my fault that the house was cold and said that I would need to upgrade parts for $2,000!! I called Rocket (they have done amazing plumbing work for me previously) and they checked out the heater and found that it was calibrated wrong as well as not being sealed properly which caused the heater to shut off constantly due to overheating. It works great now!!! AT A GREAT PRICE! The house is finally warm and our gas bill has gone down. Thank you so much. They do great work and are extremely honest. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Gave Rocket Plumbing a call and they responded right away and got to my needs very quickly. I had a busted pipe and needed swamp cooler services. Both Bill and Kyle came and I liked them immediately. They looked at the problems, gave me an estimate, which was very reasonable and got to work. These guys were quick, efficient, kind, knowledgeable, professional and just all around likable!! Our water softener wasn’t working properly and they came out to adjust the settings. They arrived at the scheduled time. They fixed our problem and explained what they did.

It was a miracle and blessing I came across Rocket Plumbing. I was in Standard Plumbing in need of help, and in walked Kyle. He not only installed a sink that I had already had two guys attempt to install, but he figured out a problem no one else even thought of, and fixed the water pressure in my home!! Today they came back and installed a new water softener, and expansion tank that was much needed. I didn't realize that after 15 years water softeners are no longer effective!
