    I contacted Jacks/Bourne's to install an AC compressor today to my already existing forced air system. They arrived on time and did excellent work. They handled the electrical aspects as well, which was a relief to not have to hire another company. Very professional, clean and timely work. Finished it all in one day (9-5). Highly recommend them for any work that needs to be done and will be using them in the future to service my system.

    We have had Jack install 4 heat pump heaters in our large 100 year old farmhouse and a heat exchange water heater. His work is great. He and his crews do an awesome job in every aspect of installation and service. I wish we would have gotten his name 10 years ago and done this but we are set now! We also live a distance from him in NY and he is centered in VT but after he did a great job with my daughters house in VT we asked him to install them in our home and we love it!

    Initial heat pump install went fine. Shortly after the install was not fine, system had a puncture and drained all the coolant out, service charge. Then the upstairs unit malfunctioned after only a few months, service charge. Now we’re having issues with the outdoor unit thermistors, I told them the code, and they spend an hour at my house to determine it was the code I already told them about and are charging yet again, a 300$ service charge. This is ridiculous and in the future we will be going with another company. I don’t know if it’s after the merge with Bournes, but something is wrong here.
