I do not recommend this company. I had a scheduled visit with the owner of the company for a potential construction project. The owner showed up to my home and was completely rude and not understanding of a work call that interfered with our meeting at the beginning. He left abruptly and said - we are not going to do business with you. For no good reason. The interaction lasted less than a minute. It was completely unprofessional and frankly rude. I do not recommend working with this company.

Moore did an outstanding job with our basement renovation. Excellent design, execution, and professionalism. Highly recommend.

We regretfully used Moore Construction to pull permits for a small (1,200.sq.ft) property and paid more than 3X (20K) what their closest competitor would have charged! When we complained they treated us like a "small account." Like our money didnt matter. They have have horrible customer service and we will never use them again! Beware!

Our Project Manager, Marco, was absolutely fantastic and demonstrated a clear desire to do good work. He went above and beyond to meet us on our schedule and went out of his way to ensure the finished product met his personal standards. I imagine we were tough clients.

I have used MCG to take care of my clients and have always gotten great feedback on their customer service, workmanship and communication. Recently I hired them to reno/build my personal home. I have done a lot of renovations and this is the first experience I can honestly say was "FUN!" The project was scoped accurately, the team was responsive, communicative and forward thinking. Through out the process the team provided foresight on decisions and gave us opportunities to address concerns and make alterations to things we might not have otherwise been totally happy with. The crew was always polite and considerate and thought every step through. I can't say enough about what a great experience it was other than I am looking forward to my next project with them.
