I have hired Design Home Improvement through the years to remodel two of my bathrooms and build a deck, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I've also had them come for various smaller projects through the years. Martin and his crew did a fantastic job on all projects.

Do not do any kind of redesign with Home Depot! I paid $25,000 for a small galley kitchen redesign and over six months later it is still not complete. The contractor (hired through Home Depot) did a half assed job. I had an outside party take a look and they advised it looked like it was done by a "high school" kid and pointed out several serious issues. Home Depot refused to address any of them. Home Depot does not stand behind their contractors. They advised there are no standards, as far as Home Depot is concerned, and whatever the contractor does is sufficient.

At this point I think my next options are to report them to the county and get a lawyer. Unfortunately both will be costly alternatives. Trust me! Stay away from Home Depot unless you want six months of aggrevation.

UPDATE: The Regional Service Manager was kind enough to explain to me that Home Depot standards and well below industry standards so that explains the horrible work they do. I wish I could give them less than 1 star.
