I initiated contact through their online form on 7/17, they immediately replied via email asking for the service address. I responded that day but never heard back. I followed up with a phone call on 7/21 and was able to schedule a visit for 7/30. On 7/29, I called to ask if they could change it to 7/31 as my tenant had to go into the office on 7/30. They said that was fine, but then never showed up during the 4 hour window. When I called, they said there was an emergency and needed to reschedule. My tenant was going to be out of town, so we rescheduled for 8/8. They never showed up nor reached out to either me or my tenant.

Really saved the day when the water pipe repair in my kitchen. Very courteous, friendly, and professional. Will definitely use again.

We had a sudden emergency leak coming through our ceiling and needed a plumber fast. Sam & Sons Plumbing came to the rescue without hesitation. They sent out a technician named Adam, and let me just say — he was phenomenal.

Adam was on time, extremely professional, and most importantly, communicative every step of the way. He walked us through what was going on, explained the cause of the issue clearly, and laid out the solution before starting any work. No surprises, no runaround — just honest, skilled service.

The work was done efficiently, the price was fair, and Adam made sure everything was clean and tidy before he left. You wouldn’t have even known we had a leak with how neatly he patched everything up.

It’s hard to find contractors you feel confident calling again — but we will absolutely be using Sam & Sons in the future for any plumbing needs. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth, manageable experience. Thanks again to Adam and the team for being dependable, skilled, and downright good at what you do!

Called the office to make a complaint about a plumber, Adam. The office took my number but refused to let me speak to a manager. They said they would call me back, I never received a phone call. Please do not use this company, their professionalism is lacking and there are so many more reputable companies in our area you can find with a quick search.

The downstairs toilet didn’t drain last December. The rest of the plumbing on the other side of the house was not affected. Still, a trench was dug in the front lawn to replace the sewer main. Covering the trench was included in the price. Every time I’ve asked for them to close the trench, I’m told that I need to let it settle before I cover it. In addition to two stand pipes by the house ( to which I have no objection) they left a third standpipe in the middle of the lawn. With ALL the new construction in the neighborhood, we’re the only house with a standpipe in the front lawn. In addition, when I asked for a copy of the bill so I could send it to the insurance company, I received all sorts of opposition to it, being told that I had it (in reality my younger brother did and couldn’t find it). We are finally paying a gardening service to fill and level the trench. I still cannot think of this without getting angry. One of the worst experiences in my life.

They did a great job giving my blind, older mother a safe shower in her new bathroom. They were very considerate and respectful. Highly recommend them.

We called on a Thursday morning, and they came out that Monday. The project was completed in two days. They installed a new kitchen faucet and snaked the drain, replacing a section of pipe. Wonderful customer service, just a bit pricey.

Amazing service! Corey, Tim, and Adam went above and beyond just helping us replace our water heater- they also repaired an old bathtub faucet in a bathroom, fixing a broken cartridge. They fixed a toilet that was leaky and an old sink faucet with low pressure. We had a wonky regulator that was likely causing our problems, and they did it all! Corey is a plumbing wizard and great with kids and pets!! Who could ask for anything more. Hire them.

Fantastic experience with replacing my 19 year old, 80 gal hot water heater. The installers, Kori and Tim, were friendly and professional. Sam & Sons also offered the best price out of the 3 proposals I received.

I recently had my door repaired and a new handle and lock installed by Sam and Sons, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The technician who came was professional, punctual, and very skilled. He fixed my door perfectly and made sure the new handle and lock were installed securely and worked smoothly.

Like a lot of people in the reviews, I wish I would have done my homework on this company. I called for a laundry drain clog, the plumber came out (Adam), he assessed the clog and said he could fix it by snaking it. Needless to say, he was not able to unclog the drain, with either the handheld snake or the larger one. In the process of snaking the drain he broke the PVC pipe leading into the drain. He then concocted a repair bill that included cutting metal pipes and going through the county for a permit, etc., to try and reach the clog without a guarantee of fixing the problem. With a proposed repair bill of just under 2.7K, he then suggested an alternative fix of rerouting pipes with a quote of 3.5K. At the end I was charged $959.00 for absolutely nothing. Since when is snaking a laundry drain nearly a $1000? I was able to get the problem fixed by another company (I can’t remember the name, but I’ll update this review and include it). The company I went with rerouted the pvc pipes and some other things for half the cost!!!!

When the work was completed, the plumber said he was going to try and unclog the original laundry drain, he was able to unclog it with a handheld snake within five minutes!!! And he didn’t charge me for the extra service. Unbelievable how a “Master Plumber from Sam and Sons” can be so incompetent. I feel like they just wanted to run the bill up on me. Very untrustworthy company it seems like. I plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I'm sure half of the positive reviews are fake

Sam and Sons did an amazing job restoring a primary shower stall to full use after being out of commission for three years! Sam listened to the issues and worked with me to find a solution that worked. His techs were thorough, very neat, and did very high quality work. Sam came twice on the day when his team was here to monitor the work and make sure the crew had what they needed.

I have not had such good customer service and quality work in a very long time! I will be hiring them again.

Adam the Plumber is outstanding. He shows up on time, explains everything clearly, and gets the job done the right way without cutting corners. You can tell he knows his trade inside and out — he works confidently, solves problems quickly, and keeps everything clean while he’s working.

What impressed me the most was his attitude. He’s respectful, patient, and genuinely cares about making sure the customer is taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, honesty, and great work ethic the way Adam does.

If you need a plumber you can trust, Adam is the one. I’d recommend him to anyone.

Adam, Ramone, and Ramones' team were absolutely amazing. Everyone was extremely kind and caring in a deeply stressful time for me as well as exceptionally professional and timely. The dedication and effort put into the plumbing issues I had was extremely refreshing in the rough times that have been going on lately. I am extremely thankful and look forward to working with them in the future if/when needed.

Completely incompetent and price gouging for terrible service and poor quality work.
Adam doesn’t show up on time, and all these reviews must be fake bots because you can look at their truck and see what’s to come.
Got a toilet done and the entire ordeal was horrendous. Adam is very bad.
