I had such a positive experience with a plumbing repair which turned into a bathroom remodel. I had a very insidious toilet leak in our downstairs bathroom which had been patched along by previous owners of the home and other plumbing companies. When I called Sam and Sons for a second opinion, they were prompt, courteous and professional. They came right out despite the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday weekend, and did very thorough diagnostics and came up with a plan. while obviously more in depth than I initially thought, they made sure I understood everything that was going on every step of the way. I never felt as though they were pushy or gimmicky. I understood thoroughly what was going on, and our timeline for completion. Ramon and his crew were absolutely outstanding. They were consistently punctual, tidy, communicative, professional, and worked around my schedule. As a healthcare provider, it is unpredictable to say the very least, and they were always so accommodating. These kinds of things happening right before the holidays are never ideal. Thank you to Sam and Sons for making this as painless and prompt as possible. I will have no hesitation calling you in the future!

Sam and Sons Plumbing has honestly been one of the best companies I have worked with in a long time. From the moment I called they were responsive helpful and very straightforward about everything. Adam the plumber came out to my house and he was absolutely outstanding. He was friendly knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing which gave me a lot of confidence that the job was being done right.

The pricing was fair the work was clean and everything was finished quicker than I expected. It is really hard to find companies that still care about their customers but Sam and Sons really does. We hired this company to add a covered front porch to our home and replace our entire roof. The work was done at a reasonable cost, they finished pretty quickly and the disruption to our home life was minimal. The porch and roof are beautiful! We get so many compliments ALL the time. Marty was our project manager and he was professional and responsive when I raised issues and quickly addressed my concerns (I have NEVER had a contractor do work without any problems….that is unrealistic to think a job will go perfectly so a responsive project manager is critical).

One of the biggest things was a leak that came from our upstairs bathroom and into the living room ceiling. In addition, they fixed a number of other things. Not only did he fix every single one with expertise, but he went above and beyond and even did little things he didn’t have to do.
