I've been using Metro Gutter and Home Services Inc. for several years to clean my gutters of my 3-level townhouse. They have always done a good job. This latest time was no exception. Communication with the office is good. There was a little mishap this time. The discount that was applied was supposed to be for 15 percent, but they accidentally applied a 20 percent discount. It only amounted to a $14 dollar discrepancy. No big deal. They called me and told me about it. Total cost was $ 175. I've been happy with their service and I will use them again.

I hired Metro Gutter and Home Services to remove old gutter covers, clean out the gutters and install a new gutter cover. I found them very responsive, communicative, and professional. They did a great job on the gutters and cleaned up the yard. They discovered two birds nests in the gutters with eggs not yet hatched. They notified me and waited until the birds hatched before completing the work. I appreciated the thoughtful approach to the birds! Overall a very positive experience.

Some years ago, I had made a reservation with a different company for fall gutter cleaning. It snowed on the appointed day, so I was out of luck: no gutter cleaning that year. Since then, for the last 20 years or more, I have been going to Metro gutter. This year, for the second time, weather has prevented Metro from cleaning my gutters at the appointed time and, for the second time, Metro came out on Christmas Eve and cleaned my gutters.
