Awesome experience. Quote was actually lower than I was expecting for a new roof. Work started very quickly and they knocked it out in one day. Crew was great and clean up was impeccable (I didn't even find one nail haha). Highly recommend.

Jeff, Mario and his crew are excellent. They priced exactly to quote (give or take a board or two- which with a house built in 1938 & last job done by owner was expected), and re did our entire siding. They're easy to work with, communicative and Mario's team worked from sun up to sun down ( I felt a little bad, they only took 1 lunch break). Our neighbors won't stop complinenting the great work they did and our house got great a face lift!! Hope to hire this same company for our roofing, that's how impressed we were. Jeff & his team never pushed us where others companies did for an upsell, and worked within our parameters of what we were looking for/wanted done. Travis provided excellent advice on choosing siding based on area needs; for example, he explained to us the importance of wind rating & after we got done, our neighbor's siding actually came off because of high winds so we really got to see immediately the importance of what he discussed. Can't recommend these guys enough!!

In less than 24 hours after we went online and signed up for more information, we were contacted by Master Roofing to schedule an appointment. Cole Gordon arrived on time and did a very thorough inspection of both the attic and the roof. Cole was both professional and courteous as he explained the condition of our roof and outlined the options that fit our situation.

There was no pressure or heavy sales tactics. Cole priced everything out including all options and recommendations and explained the process of completing the job. We had virtually no wait time as we were scheduled for the project the same week we signed the contract.

We recently had our roof replaced by Master Roofing & siding. They gave us an honest price and did a great job. Unfortunately, the crew ruined our new gutters. We made a call and the Master roof & siding team came out a week later and replaced all the gutters. It was easy painless and now everything looks perfect. Travis and his office especially went above and beyond by communicating several times with my insurance company to be sure I got the full benefit of my damage claim. Master Roofing and Siding recently installed a new roof on our house. Everyone we dealt with was great starting from the initial estimate through the project delivery. Definitely one of the better contractors we have worked with. Their prices are also very reasonable compared with others that we looked into. Truett and the team at master roofing did a great job. They inspected my roof for several years leading up to the replacement of it. They were very trustworthy and always explained why I did not yet need a new roof. When finally, we did need a new roof I fully trusted everything they told me. They showed up to replace the roof when they said they would and it took the 3 days they expected and they cleaned up everything perfectly after they completed the work. Master Roofing & Siding did a great job on a complicated siding replacement project. They replaced old rotting siding and trim boards. They made everything work well in areas that were difficult due to many angles and unusual spaces. Their work crew were diligent and resourceful. Jeff is easy to work with as project manager and was always available to answer questions and address concerns. I recommend them highly and am really pleased with their work.
