The quote provided was extremely reasonable compared to others we had received, and from the start we were confident in Perry's ability to manage and resolve our complex situation that included structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work. If any issues arose during the process, Perry and his team were responsive and accommodating, and our project was completed in a timely manner while staying on budget. Anchor did an absolutely outstanding job on our landscaping project, which included a new fence and lots of border/bed, flagstone, and gravel work. Perry was consultative and had some very creative ideas that really made a difference from our original thoughts. His communication was excellent. His crew worked hard, took great care of plants that needed to be moved, and cleaned everything up beautifully. We could not be happier with the outcome and would recommend them to anyone.

Anchor Property Services designed and engineered a solution to a drainage problem we had on our property. The solution resolved the drainage problem and we were most impressed by the quality of work. The team that performed the work were very professional and polite. Also we were impressed with Perry Henderson's honesty about what he thought would be a good solution (based on his knowledge and experience) to our drainage problem and what would not work.

I’m very happy with their work. They repaired leaks in two balconies that two other companies were unsuccessful with. I then hired them for a pretty thorough update of walls, flooring, electrical, exterior neglect, etc to get my house ready to sell. There were many many moving parts to the project. Great communication. Excellent detail-oriented work. The painting / drywall crew did outstanding work. Having a project manager who came to the house often to keep everything moving and to trouble shoot was really useful. I would (and will) definitely recommend them to others.

Fantastic experience with Anchor Property Services. We had a number of small tasks that needed to be competed after moving into a new home. One of them was particularly important and time pressing as it involved drywall repair in our daughter's bedroom. Today, a mere two days after first contacting Anchor, their incredible technician Steve showed up exactly at 8am as promised and proceeded to crank through our entire to-do list in the most professional and courteous way I've ever encountered from a general contracting firm. Steve was patient and polite as he listened to me explain our requirements and didn't stop working until the last task was completed at 6pm. To say I was impressed by and thankful for his dedication is an understatement.

Finally, I want to note that working with Perry to set up the appointment was a completely painless process. After a short phone call to explain my needs, Perry asked me to send him some photos of the work required so that he could write up a more detailed proposal.
