I received estimates from about 7 roofing companies to repair this flashing that had pulled away. 3 wanted $350. Another 3 wanted $700. Top Notch came in at $125. A very fair price. A+

Great job, Perry! The dry creek and French drain system that you installed here at our home to capture, divert, and shed ground water served us very well during tropical storm Isiais. The sump pumps inside the house hardly engaged, in fact, maybe not at all.

By the way, three neighbors some time ago expressed interest in the work they saw you had done here and asked me for my assessment and your contact information. I recommended you enthusiastically and told them that, if I have another need, I would call you.

We hired ANCHOR to remodel our kitchen and bathroom, and let me tell you, they worked MAGIC! Our old, outdated spaces are now stunning, functional, and totally Instagram-worthy.

Anchor did an excellent job relocating our laundry room to the 2nd floor, designing and building a new laundry room. They renovated our 2nd bathroom to make it more modern. The prior laundry closet in the kitchen was redesigned to a wine bar. They performed other tasks for us, too. Great work. We highly recommend. Gerson Aguilar is an excellent project manager!

We hired Anchor for an entryway remodel and they did an excellent job. Steve Muñoz ran the day-to-day operations with care, taking the time to make sure things were done well and also being very considerate about overall noise and cleanliness. Neal did great work with some unconventional tile shapes and placement, and Caden was very polite and worked hard on the demolition phase. The electrical and stairs subcontractors also did exemplary work. Perry was responsive to issues and didn't hesitate to dispatch Steve when we had a few touch-up requests. Everyone was very patient and welcomed questions, and they also worked well with our decorators. We are very pleased with the results!

Anchor Landscape and Property Services worked on our patio and they did a fantastic job. We chose a stamped and stained concrete patio and they installed downspouts that run under the concrete and move water off our property. They arrived before 8 am and left after 7 pm most nights. Brian was the project manager onsite and he was very friendly and communicated with us well. We absolutely recommend this company for patio work.

Fantastic experience start to finish on a wide-ranging home renovation project with Anchor Property Services, (including flooring, wall refinishing and painting, electrical, attic build-out, and finishing a garage space into a workshop / home office.) Communication with the owner was thorough, continuous, and helpful throughout the process, from planning to post-job follow up. All work crews were great -- obviously highly skilled, and friendly and courteous to boot. We had Anchor Property Services replace the siding on one side of a sunroom/three season porch addition on our house where water was leaking in during heavy rainstorms and damaging the interior paint. Other contractors had been previously unable to identify an effective solution, and Anchor observed that the siding had been improperly installed, flashed, and caulked.

A big challenge was that we are in a townhouse and a neighbor’s fence is very close to the exterior wall and would need to be removed temporarily to access the exterior of our sunroom. We had a couple of other contractors submit proposals in addition to Anchor and both claimed they would need to completely rebuild the neighbor fence from scratch after removing it, significantly raising the cost of their bids. Anchor, however, was able to remove a section of the existing fence and reassemble it after replacing the siding, keeping the price of their bid down, and our neighbors were satisfied with their work. Anchor then repaired and repainted the drywall inside the sunroom.

Since Anchor completed the work, we have had a couple of hefty rainstorms, including one that flooded parts of Alexandria and our neighbors’ basements, but we had no problems in the sunroom that Anchor repaired.

We also took the opportunity to have Anchor replace the very aged, weathered, and cracked wood boards and cap rails on our exterior deck with Trex decking, and they painted the wood deck rails to match the Trex boards we selected. The result has been fantastic both visually and functionally—the deck looks brand new and It’s great to be able to walk barefoot on the deck!

We were very pleased that Perry was able
to offer effective, reasonably-priced solutions, and Anchor completed the project at their proposed cost, within the estimated timeline, and with no surprises. Anchor’s workers, including Sulander, were polite, communicated well, arrived on time each day, and cleaned up all of the construction debris and materials after completion. Anchor was also responsive in addressing some minor cosmetic issues we noticed at the end of the project.

In short, we were very pleased with Anchor’s work and we will look to have them tackle a couple of additional projects we have coming up.
