After getting 2 estimates, our pool company suggested that we speak to Perry at Anchor Property Services. Perry embraced the vision that we had for the project and even made several recommendations along the way to enhance the final product. He kept us updated throughout the process and completed the work ahead of our projected schedule. The outcome was fantastic! We've used Perry's team at Anchor Property Services for two bathroom reno jobs, unfortunately needed due to shoddy workmanship of the previous owner's reno teams. Perry and his team are super responsive, on time, polite, professional, and honest. They have completed both jobs on time and within budget. Their crew is respectful, cleans up after themselves, and we have never had any concern having them in our home. We sincerely appreciate the work they've done for us at what we feel is a reasonable price and would highly recommend them.

I recently had extensive updates on my two investment properties in Georgetown by Anchor Remodel. This included new wood flooring, two new bathrooms and two kitchen renovations. Perry and his team did a great job. Very detail oriented in landscape, walls, installing artificial turf and flagstones. We have gotten many compliments on final results and our son has great place to play. They also did meticulous job replacing fence.

Anchor Remodel is that dream company you hope you discover. They stayed on budget. They were clean. They only hire craftsman. The experience was wonderful. I hired them to redo my master bath, vanity area, and closet. They made it look so lovely. Gerson, the project manager was extremely responsive and concerned that I was pleased with the results. And Perry the owner is easy to work with and very upfront and reliable. Oscar, the Forman, is the DaVinci of tile and does a whole bunch of other things really well also. They will not be the cheapest bid you get, but this is a case where you will truly get your money’s worth. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had a great experience using Fernando Landscaping after being referred to them. They were extremely helpful and effective in clearing the heavy “snow-crete” buildup left behind from the severe winter storms we experienced.

We initially hired another landscaping company, but unfortunately they did a poor job and left significant accumulation behind. Fernando Landscaping came in, thoroughly cleaned up the remaining mess, and properly treated the area to help prevent refreezing and keep everything clear and safe.

We recently hired them again for Spring Cleanup and Leaf Removal, and once again they did an excellent job. Their team has been professional, dependable, and detail-oriented throughout every project.

Needless to say, Fernando Landscaping will be our preferred landscaping contractor moving forward.

Worst service I have ever had. No one spoke English that was actually doing the work. Over priced and owner lies.

Fernando and his crew have mowed our lawn for nearly five years, as well as some other landscaping projects such as cutting down trees. They are super reliable and do a great job. I do set up little construction flags to mark my plants so his guys will know what to avoid.

Fernando is great at communication and honest/up front about his prices, via text.

My neighbor hired this landscaper. His truck blocked my driveway. When asked to move, he simply faced the truck the other way, still blocking the driveway. Three weeks later they're blocking my driveway again (orange truck), instead of blocking the customer's. Don't hire a company that is rude and dismissive to your neighbors.

We had Panther Construction help me get my town home ready for sale in Old Town Alexandria. We replaced windows, repaired exterior trims, painted, power washed front and back patio and some other small tasks. They did an amazing job, within our short schedule and on proposed budget (which was better than all the other quotes)

Edna and her team were a pleasure to work with. I especially appreciated Edna's willingness to get creative with our old and quirky home and to come up with unique solutions for our unconventional space.

Love to support women-owned small businesses like Panther Construction. Edna and her crew always provide a reasonable estimate compared to others, and she's willing to work within budget. We first used PC for a handful of small home projects when we first moved into our home [new window frame, painting the main door, installing new window/deck screens, patching up the ceiling/drywall after a plumbing job]. Last summer, they redid our deck, which had patches of woodrot, with trex just in time for us to enjoy while pushing our way through the pandemic. Super profossional, Edna is thorough and keeps the client apprised of any concerns, including making frequent visits to the crew during a project. PC is our go-to when it comes to any home projects.

I have worked with Edna for several years now on various projects at my home. She has renovated my master bath, a job which included a new tile bathroom floor and new tile in the shower. She has performed several paint jobs. She also replaced my deck which included replacing the wood and refinishing the new wood. She has become my “go to” contractor for maintenance jobs such as exterior power washing.
Edna stands behind her work and will make it right. When we worked on my bathroom remodel, the tile I originally selected for the shower floor was not going to work. Edna went to the store, found a couple of options and texted the info to me. I was happy with one of the alternate choices, Edna bought the tile and it was installed that afternoon. Her willingness to step in and assist saved time and money.

We did a major home remodel (kitchen, all bathrooms, flooring etc) with Panther and had a great experience. Quality was good, price was fair, Edna was super responsive to all of our changes and last second requests. Her crew showed up on time every day and was professional and courteous, making sure they did the job right, and redoing things if Edna didn't think the job was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and whole-heartedly recommend her and her team.
