I couldn't be more satisfied with the job that Todd and his crew did replacing the driveway and walkway at my home! From easy communication to meeting my strict scheduling needs, competitive pricing and even overcoming unforeseen issues that arose in the field, they knocked it out of the park! In real estate, I work with a lot of contractors and know a quality, reputable one when I encounter them; Todd Schneider is the real deal! This is not the first time I have worked with Todd and I look forward to more projects in the future!

Todd Schneider was the only one of three contractors to respond to my request for proposal. He was very responsive to emails and took a personal interest in the project’s quality, following up on site to make sure all was done correctly and made corrections as needed. He stayed in contact with and committed to his scheduling, and his pricing was on point. I would choose him over all others and certainly my first recommendation if asked. Well Done to Todd and his amazing crew!!

I had a wonderful experience with Todd and his crew. My project needs were: 1) rip out old asphalt driveway, 2) remove a 2-foot strip of concrete from the carport (which was cracked and not allowing the support beam to actually support the roof), and 3) widen the driveway to allow for 2-car parking.

I got quotes from 4 companies before choosing Schneider. All four people were priced relatively the same; Todd was in the middle. Of the four, two did not provide enough detail on the actual driveway specs, which made me less comfortable. I appreciated Todd's detailed description in the quote of what he proposed to do, including several options depending on my budget. Be advised the homeowner needs to pull any permissions (HOA) or permits (city/county); my location didn't require any, but yours might.

The day the work started his team was efficient (even with the heat!) and respectful of my property. Todd kept me apprised along each step of the process. They were so fast! And after the job was done they cleaned up everything, including moving some of the ripped out grass (from expanding the driveway width) to a bare spot in my yard.

I highly recommend Schneider Contracting. I'll be using them again should the need arise, and several of my neighbors have commented they plan to talk to Todd as well.

Todd and Schneider Contracting Corporation built a great-looking and long-lasting stoop, steps and front walk that was on time and for a reasonable price. Todd provided me with several affordable and high quality options for replacing the front stoop, steps, and walkway at our house. He and his team demolished and removed the existing stoop and saved some large decorative stones from the existing walkway.

We couldn’t be happier with Schneider Construction and the work they did to improve our outdated backyard. 22 years ago, Todd installed a stamped concrete patio for me that has held up very well, so I called him again when I decided to expand that patio this year. He responded immediately and quickly provided a proposal that completely captured my needs and desires at a competitive price. All aspects of the project were performed professionally. His crew meticulously matched the pattern, texture and color of the new concrete to the original. Customer service was superb and the finished product greatly exceeded my expectations! To a man, Todd’s team demonstrated uncommon pride in product and performance. I wish all of the contractors I hire could be like them.

From project start to finish, Todd Schneider and his excellent crew provided all we expected. The contract was clear and Todd made requested adjustments prior to finalizing. The project started and completed on time. Every day, the crew showed up at the expected time, worked tirelessly, and did an amazing cleanup job without fail. Todd checked in frequently and was extremely responsive whenever we had questions. The crew were friendly and respectful of our neighbors. And the price was very competitive.

In 15 years of owning my home, I've only left one other review, but after such a positive experience, I'm compelled to leave one for this project (stamped concrete sidewalk & front porch, new concrete driveway). I was so pleased with every step of the way -- scope discussions, cost estimating (very fair and competitive pricing), scheduling, project execution, cleanup, and billing. Todd was friendly to work with because he was patient with our questions and thorough (and transparent) in his answers. He guided us through our scope development, colors & patterns selection, etc., highlighting the pros & cons of our ideas; we felt confident in our final decisions. Todd was on site most of the time, supervising his experienced crew. I never had any worries. Todd was available via phone/text/email and was responsive. The crew showed up on time, got to work, were considerate of the property, and were always professional. It was apparent from the first time I met Todd he was technically competent and wasn't out for a quick buck...he knows what he is doing and cares about the work. I would highly recommend you give them a shot to earn your business.

Todd and his team did a fantastic job replacing our asphalt drive and brick patio. Todd’s guidance and experience made the entire process seamless, from the design and selection of the concrete to the finished project. We opted for a micro exposed colored concrete drive and walkway, and stamped patio which complemented the drive. He and his team are very experienced and the quality of their work is excellent. The finished driveway and patio are a major upgrade to the look of our house while appearing quite integrated into the setting. We are very pleased with the outcome of the project and highly recommend Todd and his team.

Wow! If we could rate Schneider Contracting more than five stars we would! Our front entryway and steps leading to the bottom deck has been previously been made from gravel and timber and had become eroded in some places and weeds were taking over. Deciding stamped concrete was what we needed we had a few contractors come out to provide a quote and decided to go with Schneider Contracting and the finished product was even better than we envisioned.

Todd came out a few times to assess the work to make sure he figured out all the nuances with the work. This dedication to getting things right led us to go with him since we felt he understood the work and wanted to provide a good finished product. They weren’t the cheapest price but the best value and it definitely showed in the finished product! Working in the construction field I’ve learned the low bidder is not always the best option.

My wife is a hard one to please but she was pleased with everything they did! Todd was on site during the work and asked our input on different parts of the work when needed. It’s definitely something you want from a contractor so you get what you’re looking for and not just the way they want to do it. Highly recommended Schneider Contacting for any concrete project you may have.

I wish the rest of my yard was pretty enough to complement the PHENOMENAL work done by Todd and his team. I contacted seven other companies to get quotes on replacing our patio, sidewalk, and extending our sidewalk and not only did Todd have the most competitive pricing, he was quick to respond and answer my many questions. The crew did so much so quickly and ensured to clean up any and all messes right away. And they were so polite any time I had to interact with them! They just finished yesterday and I've had so many neighbors come up and say how stunned they are that all of this is just concrete! If you're looking to get some work done, big or small, I cannot recommend Todd and his crew enough!!!
