The technician was very kind and helpful. He explained things patiently and went above and beyond to get the A/C working. The first company that came a month ago took my money and didn’t fix it but Trinity did the job right and after a month of my home being 79-80 degrees, we are now nice and cool at 72. So during that last bad thunderstorm I heard some dripping coming from behind a wall on my top floor and when I went into the crawlspace I saw dripping coming from the chimney.

Contacted these guys about it and they had it fixed in under an hour early the next day. Very fast response time and an even faster repair time. Really happy to have used them and I'll definitely be using them in the future.

As it turned out, the previous homeowners had used some aluminum foil to patch up a hole in the chimney. Big surprise, it didn't last.
