Dan and his workers are incredible. Fast and efficient, with such nice employees. I can't believe how fast they finished installing a yard drainage system that will keep our home's foundation safe from the elements. Seriously, it took then less than 6 hours to dig trenches and install pipes and dig and drill underneath the concrete sidewalk. Dan and his dad are also very personable and it was such a pleasure to do business with them. I just met them a few days ago and I felt I was dealing with good friends!

Dan and his crew did a fabulous job with our paver driveway and flagstone stoop. We had somewhat of an idea of what we wanted the stoop and driveway to look like but Dan helped perfect our vision with his design ideas. The team was great to work with and Dan has become a friend to our family!

We used Mt. Diablo for a releveling project of 20 year old pavers around our home. The team did an amazing job! Very responsive and completed the job within two days. The price was very reasonable for the size of the project. We would highly recommend their services!

J&A is the best landscaping company I have ever worked with. Their standards are high and it shows. They just finished a complicated project involving the removal of six very dangerous holly bushes. These shrubs were more than 40 years old and needed to be pulled up by the root. The leaves were all sharper than daggers as well. The team got the job done and cleared the way for new plantings. They also finished a refurbishment of our deck and their carpentry work is highly skilled. They took our 40 year-old deck and made it new again. They work to satisfy their customers. I highly recommend J&A for any and all work to make your home curb-view perfect.

J&A Landscaping removed some out-of-control bamboo from my back yard. They arrived on time and I was impressed that their equipment is high-quality professional equipment. They cut the bamboo and removed the roots. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and would recommend the company. Jose and his crew are top-notch.

Can not recommend this company enough. We saw them in the neighborhood and asked for an estimate. All the costs and breakdowns were in black and white and very clear. The team was out within 2 days of the estimate. They also have a great online portal that you can use or they’re very responsive to calls or text.

We will be using them again for a biweekly service. A great business and friendly employees.

RUN, do NOT walk to J&A Landscaping! My new home was severely neglected and DESPERATELY in need of expert lawn, tree, and weed care. Jose answered EVERY one of my calls, sent his fantabulous crew to clean up YEARS of overgrown poison ivy, poison oak, weeds, buried refuse, yard waste, and even construction trash for a GREAT price! They even returned the following day because they weren't satisfied with leaving behind a few of the TONS of leaves they couldn't hall away! Since then, Jose has mowed my lawn biweekly, and when the guys forget to drop the blades (I mostly have weeds and moss!), he will send them BACK to mow again ASAP! I have several old menacing trees that pose a threat to my home, so he is here 2 DAYS EARLY because my neighbors and I didn't want a branch to break off during the next storm! I canNOT say enough great things about Jose. He is responsive, professional, and reasonable. He and his team have world-class equipment, they mow and blow my lawn as though they live here themselves, and there is NOTHING but fantastic customer service each and every time I send an email or call. If you are searching for a dedicated, professional, reasonable, and reliable landscaper and arborist, please call Jose! He also has a VAST network of home care professionals (concrete, fences, driveways, hardscaping, remodeling, you name it!), and he will not hesitate to refer you to them AND show up to your home when they visit for an estimate! I called them for an estimate, they came over to our home, tried to oversell us by saying they will do us a "favor" and mow the lawn for $100.00, we later found someone that did it for us for $45, and also is providing a weekly service for $35 every two weeks.

They came over to my home for an estimate for landscaping on August 28, 2023 and said they would email me an estimate. Never got the estimate, on August 31, I had to message them and ask them to provide me the estimate, which they said they would give me on August 31. Today is September 12, 2023, they have still not provided an estimate, the person that came and cut my lawn did my landscaping beautifully and at a very reasonable cost. I only came to J&A because of the reviews, definitely will never recommend anyone to them.

High winds knocked down my wooden fence, decided to replace all of it. Called, got an estimate done the next day, and Jose and his crew were able to come in and do the work within the same week. A fair and reasonable price and the quality was superb! Absolutely would go with them again if I had to do it all over. Great job guys!

The lawn was really overgrown and took several passes to blend the clippings. The lawn looks really nice now. I am so appreciative to have found a Great Team of lawn care professionals. The results speak for themselves. Everybody working together for positive results. I really like the "stripes".
J&A Landscaping LLC had visited me earlier this year for an upgrade on a timber and landscaping project. Replacing all timbers. Eliminating weeds in the flower beds, adding fresh mulch and trimming shrubs and bushes. I was so impressed with their earlier work, I had to call and have them return for additional help.

All crews are technically skilled at what ever services you need. Jose the owner usually comes out to ensure the crews are aware of the job being provided. J&A Lawn services are professionals, courteous and timely when responding to your lawn jobs. I clearly get the feeling that all of J & A jobs are given the best attention to detail they can provide. This is by far the best landscaping crew we've ever used, and we have used many! They removed a tree and stump, and cleaned up the massive amounts of leaves and sticks in our yard. They did an incredibly thorough job and exceeded my expectations! Our property has never looked this good before! Pricing was very fair and communication was responsive. We will never use anyone else in the future!
