Maid to Please also makes it easy to get in touch with the scheduler/manager, which makes it super convenient (and pleasant), especially when we need to change a date or add a service. No idea if the carpet cleaning is good because I couldn’t get past the call center person. I asked a question about services offered, and the guy rudely spoke over me, talking a mile a minute without letting me get a word it, telling me a technician would go over my options after I scheduled, and to call back when I wanted to schedule. Then he hung up on me. I called back to see if maybe I’d get a different call center person. Same guy…he asked if I was ready to schedule, and when I said I had a question he hung up on me again. Moved on after that.

Furthermore, it accomplishes this deep clean with much less water being sprayed onto your carpet, which means it dries significantly faster. In contrast, carpet extractors spew lots of water and don't do as good a job pulling it back out. This results in longer drying times, less effective cleaning, and usually, it won't tackle things like mold spores, bacteria, or something like eggs from pets with roundworm.
