Gloria the owner was completely rude and unprofessional. After the mix up with the cleaning crew, only one person showed to clean. I did forget the start time and claim responsibility for not being there on time yes. As I tried to rectify the error, Gloria began to shout, she lost her temper and called me out of my name. Then she told me to find someone else and hung up on me. So I intend to do just that. If you want a clean house, find someone who will actually try and help. NEVER MAID PRO AGAIN

We have had the same cleaner for awhile and we like her. I believe her name is Ana (been awhile so forgive me if I am wrong) and my wife won’t let me hire anyone else. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I originally wrote a review on here 3 years ago when I first started to use MaidPro complimenting them on their service. Unfortunately, I have to say things have deteriorated over the years. Every week it seemed as though there was a new person at my home, and the quality varied greatly. Some would do a great job, others were lazy. The biggest concern is I had to monitor their hours like a hawk. I was consistently overcharged week over week, and the owner refused to adjust my estimated rate. So unless I wrote down the time they got there and left, I would be overcharged by significant amounts. They can do a good job, but watch out for what you are paying in relation to how long they are actually cleaning your home.

I am really pleased with the service I receive from MaidPro. I have a small condo and it's such a breath of fresh air to know my cleaning needs are taken care of on schedule.
