Simon was punctual, honest, and did a great job removing an old stain as well as deep cleaning all of my bedrooms and staircases. He himself is the company, so he does his work with integrity, which I really appreciated and hope others in the business can emulate. Would hire again and would highly recommend.

Fantastic service and amazing carpet cleaning outcome. The carpet had previously been cleaned by a well known carpet cleaning service and still showed significant stains which remained from a renter. Heaven's Best removed all stains and the carpet looked like new. This company and service is the real deal. Highly recommend.

Simon did a great job with the carpet. I have a one bedroom apartment and he did the whole apartment in no time. Carpet looks great and clean! Unlike the last guy, I didn't have to run to the ATM to get cash. The whole thing was just easy. Would definitely hire again!

I found Heaven's Best on Google. After reading several reviews decided to give them a try (I'm a skeptic). I said we needed cleaning ASAP. Appointment was scheduled for two days later. The service was outstanding. Simon was able to come out last minute. His basic rate covers 3 areas, so we got more of our carpet cleaned than we originally planned. Also, there were no hidden fees. The rate he quoted even included tax. I would definitely use Heaven's Best again!

Heaven's Best in Alexandria has cleaned our home carpets several times, and we wouldn't use anyone else. They are extremely accommodating and professional. The carpets, which are old and have received heavy use, including from pets and kids, look like new! The technique they use means the carpets are dry within one hour. They are the best service we have ever used. Highly recommend!

Such quick response from the company when I initially reached out for a quote. Very affordable, quick and great communication/customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We have a recreation room with white carpet and had some mild coffee stains. The gentleman was able to come earlier and knock it out for us very quickly and we are very satisfied with the results. We didn’t have any heavy stains, mostly mild ones that I still wanted remove and it made a big difference. Carpet looks way more refreshed and the stains are gone. Support this small business!

Horrible job and customer service on the part of the owner. Originally went with this company due to good reviews online and cheaper cost. They came at short notice too which again initially seemed nice. But no stains were removed despite them advertising their ability to remove pet stains from the carpet. When I asked about this the owners communication style was extremely rude basically saying that removing pet stains was no guarantee, that you “pay the price” for owning a pet, and literally calling me “annoying” after I called out his rudeness. When I asked for a refund he denied this request stating I should “cut my losses” despite there being essentially no services rendered. I guess to be fair he offered to come and do the job again but the interaction left such a bad taste in my mouth that I didn’t feel comfortable having him come to my home to reattempt a job that should have been done the first time. So long story short, steer clear of this company.

Very pleased with the carpet cleaning I had done. I was so happy it was next day service, on time, quick and efficient. After first trying to clean the area myself, I didn't realize I made it so much worse until I uncovered the area for the cleaning. I was so relieved I wasn't made to feel bad about it or received any type of attitude or upcharges. When you've got enough going on, a pleasant attitude during a stressful time makes a world of difference. I definitely recommend Heaven's Best.

This review is wayyy overdue! I've used Heaven's Best twice now for my home. I've had the pleasure of having the owner come each time to clean the carpets. He is so kind, and always goes above and beyond. My home is usually finished in less than 2 hours and I have multiple floors.
