I’ve been here time to time when I needed either advice on a part or an item Home Depot doesn’t carry. Went in today to buy a couple of faucet aerators and the guy just gives me the part I needed.

Not cooperative at all. I went there to get something and was waiting for half an hour. When I asked for help, the guy told me go and look over there. I could not find it and came home very disappointed. Never will go again.

Staff is helpful but I'm never fully satisfied. Always have to "make it work" or go to two stores because they don't have all the fittings/items in stock.

While I ultimately couldn't find what I needed on site, they were eager to order the parts for me. Super great service! Thanks Nate and Mary!

Had a problem with my dryer. I had a solution in mind, but decided to talk it over with someone at Ferguson. After a brief conversation, I had an easier, and likely more effective, solution that also saved me a decent chunk of change.

Installing a new refrigerator with an ice maker. Dylan and Nate were both helpful with advice for the proper technique of installing the connector on the water line.Throwing in extra tips. Great customer service!

Made an appointment (as recommended) and showed up early. We made sure front desk knew we were there. Waited half an hour for the representative but he never came. We left.

Called on phone before I went and was assured they could special order part if it wasn’t in store. Wasted my time.

The guy in the front completely helpless. I would suggest home depot for individual needs.

Ferguson saved the day. I needed a new aerator for my kitchen faucet. Alexandria Ferguson had the part I needed and could not find anywhere else. They were so friendly and found the part I need in seconds. I’m one happy customer.

I went there today to pick up a part that my maintenance man needed to fix my shower. Something about a water valve balancing thing? In any case, I clearly have no idea what I'm doing or looking for--I brought the part in a baggie. I walked in and was immediately offered help finding the part. The guy knew exactly what I needed by just looking at it from 10 ft away, and quickly found the right part. The guys in the store were all friendly and welcoming, and never made me feel dumb for having no real idea what I was doing. They got me squared away with the right part quickly and on my way. If I have other plumbing needs, I'll definitely be going back!

Fergusson is great. Always helpful in getting you the part you need. Today I needed a single small ring washer for a faucet handle. Nate & Mary helped me find the correct one in a box of washers and said, "just take it!" Thank you Nate & Mary. My faucet no longer leaks!

It’s the little things……

I called in search of a small o-ring and was the attendant wasn’t certain they had what I needed but encouraged me to come down and show them the part I was looking for. I normally would call another shop, but her pleasant demeanor and professionalism nudged me in their direction.

When I entered the store, I was greeted immediately. I initially looked over my shoulder, because I assumed the attendant was speaking to someone else until I realized she was speaking to me.

While waiting in line, a gentleman appeared and asked if I needed assistance. I showed him my part and he provided two o-rings. He shook my hand, looked me in the eye, and said it’s free of charge. That said, Ferguson Supply’s professionalism and attentiveness made a first time customer feel like a regular.

I initially went to Ferguson's warehouse in Alexandria and a gentleman was very helpful and referred me to their showroom near Springfield for more selections.. I just purchased bathroom fixtures from the Springfield showroom which has an expansive display. Bernie is an exceptional salesperson!! He spent so much time explaining brand features and options and I am so appreciative.

6:58 am and still not open , it says they open at 6:30am there's no sign or anything saying there's a Change in time for today while I'm standing at the store now waiting and this is one of the big issues with Ferguson , they used to be great and still are in many ways but there seems to be a real lazy way of doing things over the last few years that's made them unpredictable and unreliable in many ways . This is Friday 8/22/25

Sink drain was clogged and causing water to stand for minutes. This drain cleaners handled it efficiently. The blockage was removed and the pipe flushed. Drain works like new.

Johno was prompt, polite and professional. Quickly finished the job. I recommend this business to anyone.
