I had another company working in my home, and they were harassed the entire time and called racial slurs. I heard the “n word” multiple times and felt very uncomfortable. Especially because the workers were white.

2 hours labor for Vince and his helper $445, that’s $111.25 per hour if they both earn the same amount!
I found this Bill to be excessive and although I’ve used Griffin Plumbing since 1975- no more.

They do a great job! Very professional and completely up front about what the problem is and the cost to fix it. They were recommended to us by friends, and I am so happy we chose to use them! They are honest and reliable, and they won't rip you off!!!

Griffin Plumbing came through again. Vince installed a Moen sump pump alert system and did an upgrade to one faucet and installed two new Kohler faucets that resulted in one leaking when installed. We waited for parts and it took three tries to obtain needed parts that did not leak. Next time it will be Moen but Vince was very dedicated and responsive to ensuring it worked.

Griffin Plumbing was recommended by a friend a couple of years ago when I had a gas leak. They were professional, knowledgeable, honest, reasonably priced, and took the time to explain everything to me. I've used them for various plumbing projects and issues since and, every time, they've provided the same high quality service.

This is a shout out for Vince at Griffin Plumbing for his excellent work. After calling this morning for a broken bathtub pipe repair, I was not expecting service today (or even on time), but he showed up on time, reviewed the situation and saved me a boatload of money by figuring a roundabout way of accessing my pipes without ruining my bathroom tile work. He was skilled, efficient and polite. High recommendations for him and Griffin.

We blew a pipe in the bathroom at 4:30 p.m. Called Griffin, our go to plumber for over 30 years and said we had an emergency...couldn't use any water connections with broken pipe in the bathroom...should we check into a Motel 6 with the dogs? Vince arrived within 30 minutes and replaced the pipe/connection, and two others. Great response, very professional, great price...and then adjusted the handle on our kitchen faucet which had been giving us trouble for months. Saved our bacon!! Thanks Vince. Go Griffin!

Absolutely fantastic service. Out within an hour of initial call for a non-urgent problem. Jim and his team had the equipment ready to go and got to work immediately on a difficult waste line issue spanning a good distance with unknown issues under the foundation. Problem was solved an hour later and the team couldn't have been more friendly or professional. Made several recommendations on an adjacent plumbing project (unrelated to the call) which was appreciated to have a professionals perspective. Knowledge, experience, friendliness, timeliness; couldn't be better

I’ve been relying on Griffin Plumbing for a few years now. Their work is always top notch and their charges fair. I am able to make appointments easily with the courteous office manager for rapid service. The plumbers themselves are professional and efficient. They also explain all aspects of the situation to my understanding. Recommend highly.

Had this company come check out an overflowing drain pipe in the unfinished portion of my basement. Plumber came out and snaked pipe and said the problem was resolved. Pipe was overflowing again the next day. Let them know they did not solve the problem and the same plumber returned, attached some fitting and changed the angle of the drain pipe. This did not solve the problem but moved the overflow location down the pipe, to another opening, right near the framing for the finished section of my basement. Then they demanded MORE MONEY. These guys not only didn't solve my problem, they moved the problem to a MUCH WORSE area. They took money to make my life and house worse off. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Mr John did an excellent job disconnecting the water for my clients! Can’t wait to see him back again to reconnect!!
