I kept hearing water behind the wall but couldn't find anything. Thankfully, Alexandria Plumbing came by for leak detection and caught it before any major damage happened.

When the technician arrived, he stated that he would first attempt the snake but would have to try another method if that one failed. God bless the fact that it actually worked. Quickly done. I handed him money, he promised to return in 10 days, and then he disappeared. It's the nick of time to get to work. Really appreciate it.

The outdoor pipe joint where I had a minor leak was not an emergency. I contacted the plumbers on a Friday afternoon, and they arrived first thing on Monday morning. They were courteous, efficient, and resolved the issue. I will definitely contact them for any plumbing requirements in the future.

Johno came out on time and as scheduled. After assessing the leaky faucet, he got the correct parts to make a successful fix. In the process, he educated me on the house's water valves, and showed me a potential issue with a component in the HVAC. A true professional. I recommend these guys to anyone.

I own a property for rent. I called and requested an estimate. I had a slab breach. I chose the repiping service because they did an excellent job. They contacted me with an estimate, and I consented to re-pipe rather than repair the pipe in the house's concrete foundation. My tenant reported that they cleaned each day and were very courteous. The Sheetrock is patched the day after the work is completed. I would employ them again if necessary.

When I contacted to have a plumber come out, I was assured that someone would be there in about two hours. Sedrick shows up 30 minutes later! He unclogged my sewer line and sent a camera down it to show us exactly where the problem was. I know nothing about plumbing, but Sedrick walked me through what happens and how to fix it. The plumber was quick to respond and did an excellent job overall. What a blessing to know that even at 8:00 o'clock on a Saturday night, you can call a plumbing service and have them come out to fix your plumbing issues.

I’d definitely recommend Alexandria Plumbing to anyone needing sewer repair. The guy came out the same day, got it all fixed up and was super respectful of the space.

He was far more helpful over the phone than the other five plumbers I spoke with. He went above and beyond with the little things in addition to the actual repair we requested; I cannot say enough good things about this business; I will absolutely use them the next time we have an issue.

Alexandria Plumbing came to my home and did an exceptional job repairing a wall leak. We had a 1" copper water conduit repaired. They tidied up after themselves and even had the sheetrock repairman come out to make repairs. Absolutely, we would use Alexandria Plumbing again!

I phoned Allene last week to unclog a completely clogged bathroom sink drain. Allene arrived the day I called. He billed within the price range specified. And did it quickly. I would hire him again in the future without a doubt. My sole suggestion for Alexandria Plumbing is to improve their Shelby Street appearance. I've driven by this site hundreds of times in the last four years and had no idea it was still open (otherwise, I would have gone there long ago).

Fantastic experience, although our septic needed some work. Sedrick had his team out on Monday and gave me a call back on Sunday. Alexandria Plumbing thoroughly inspected our septic system and provided us with a reasonable estimate for a new cap. We were thrilled because we had assumed we would need a new septic system.
