We were putting our home on the market. Being an older home there were so many
updates and projects of all different sorts.
From plugs, wiring , hook- ups , flooring, New doors, Bathroom remodeling, fencing , painting , new appliances, etc!
Plus fixing a number of issues!

Seemed like He could handle anything we threw his Way !

We had such a great experience working with Vladimir. He is fast, responsive, trustworthy, works really hard, and the outcome of his work is of high quality. I will definitely go with him again for future projects. So far, he had helped us take down a wall (and reroute mechanicals), install dimmable light fixtures (recessed lighting and ceiling fan), update outlets (gfci and standard), install ring doorbell & nest cameras, fix bifold doors, and many more. We look forward to more projects with him!

I have used Vladimir on a couple of occasions. I highly recommend him!! His work is exceptional and reasonably priced. He always reported timely when he said he would and communicated very well. I totally trust him. He does not take advantage of you. When I was selling my house he reviente against doing a project which would have profited him because it wouldn't help us sell our look good. I really appreciated his honesty and not taking advantage of us. It turned out to be the right choice taking his suggestion. I appreciate his ethics and honesty!!

I cannot say enough incredible things about our experience working with Vladimir and his Soto Contracting team to renovate our kitchen. This was by far the fastest kitchen renovation I’ve ever heard of. We went from demolition to fully functional within less than 3 weeks. Vladimir and team did every aspect of the project: from wall framing and insulation, to plumbing and electrical, to cabinet install, to tile backsplash- he does it all. We ran into some unexpected challenges with our house being almost 75 years old, but Vladimir took those in stride and made the necessary changes to keep the project on track. He and his team are punctual, friendly, and thorough. His craftsmanship and attention to detail is unmatched and we will never use another contractor for any renovation (or small handiwork projects) because there is no one who delivers like Soto Contracting. We recommend him a thousand times over!

Vladamir remodeled our ENTIRE condo. We interviewed 6 different contractors before we found him, & we’re SO glad that we did! Not only was he Very professional & respectful, he was always on time & completely prepared with everything needed to complete the job. I’m very satisfied with the plumbing job Solomon did for me. It was professional, very clean and neat. It was done very fast and I definitely will call the company again.

They did good work for us. They were a sub contractor through TACT. We had a pump leak and had to redo flooring on first floor of our townhouse. Solomon home improvement did the dry wall and painting. They had good communication and made sure we had the correct shade of paint.

Solomon and his team both professionally cleaned a very extensive rodent infestation in our house, and then helped identify gaps and holes that needed to be professionally sealed. All the pest control companies we've used in the past to remedy the problem lacked both cleaning capabilities and lacked effective solutions to properly seal the house. Solomon used professional-grade sealant and was very thorough in inspecting our rim joists for gaps. Was easy to communicate with, and very responsive. He also did some professional cement work on our cracked foundation (which was revealed during the cleanup). Finally, he has continued to follow up with me after the project was completed, which provides some additional reassurance. He has very extensive knowledge of houses which came in handy given that he was working in areas that had electrical and plumbing exposed.

Perfect job on fixing the mailbox. It's nice and level now, it was broken and not properly set by the builder. But they came and fixed the mailbox and it looks as good as new. Amazing job guys!

Solomon Home Improvement were both professional and upheld the best customer service with assisting me regarding my HOA violations at my residence. I was recommended to this company on getting work done on my driveway and walkway needing to be redone, once I called they had me feeling like I was family, and come to the house same day gave me a detailed explanation and answered my questions.

The estimate I was given was highly reasonable and the before/after made me happy to where my neighbors want the same thing done to them like mines.

They do not disappoint and when you need the help, they go out of their way to be sure that you are happy with the end result. The next time HOA wants to play around and say I have more violations, best believe I have full faith and confidence on who I am going to call Solomon Home Improvement!!

I called to have my garbage disposal replaced. They showed up on time, were professional and tested it several times before departing. Great work.
