I reached out to get help with my fireplace, and Tanner was incredibly helpful. He took the time to talk with me on the phone, walking me through what needed to be done to fix the issue—without charging me anything. It’s not often you find someone in the chimney sweep business who cares this much about helping people. I highly recommend their chimney sweep services—couldn’t be happier! 10/10.

The team was quick to respond and provided excellent chimney sweep services. It was reassuring to have such knowledgeable professionals check our home for any fire safety concerns. They found that our old fireplace was a risk, so we had them put in a new fireplace insert, which has worked wonderfully. They also inspected our dryer vent and installed a new outlet to help prevent any future problems. The crew, including Oliver, was very professional, did quality work, and offered fantastic customer service. Highly recommend for anyone needing chimney or vent cleaning!

I had a fantastic experience with Horizons Chimney Cleaning in Arlington. Tanner was very knowledgeable and friendly, and made sure my chimney was thoroughly cleaned and inspected.
