Jorge was fantastic! He really knew his stuff and paid close attention to every detail while working on our chimney. We had a full chimney inspection and sweep, along with a chimney cap and dryer vent cleaning. Jorge made sure to keep us updated throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to address any chimney concerns we had. It’s great to find such excellent service and dedication. I needed to get my chimney and wood stove inspected for my insurance company, which meant letting someone into my home during the pandemic. jorge showed up on time with a mask and gloves, and was very polite and professional. he answered all my questions about the chimney and made sure everything was done just right, even with my insurance company being very picky. i appreciated how careful he was and will definitely use pinnacle chimney cleaning again in the future.
