Constraction reviews in Arlington, Virginia

outstanding job in adding a shed to my house. We had a narrow corner so it was very tough for a designer to come up with a good floor plans. Joe and Peter got us the permits and stayed with us throughout the entire process from beginning to end. I totally recommend them.

Those guys work is on another level. They made the painting of the full house in very short period and with great quality. Their interior designer did magnificent job as well.

Peter and Joe did magnificent job in renovating my bathroom. Not only they delivered the renovation before the promised time but their pricing was very affordable. I would definitely hire them again. They followed the exact directions that we wanted. Awesome job indeed

I typically don't leave reviews. But I couldn't honestly after they finished the best bathroom ever! I am extremely satisfied and here are two photos that don't actually give justice. They completed the entire bathroom renovation in few days and transformed the bathroom into upper scale 5star level. Thank you so much Potts!

Potts Brothers LLC did an outstanding job updating all the old cast iron plumbing in my house to PVC. They were incredibly professional, worked efficiently, and even finished ahead of schedule. On top of that, they came in under budget, which was a pleasant surprise. Finding a contracting company that is both reliable and cost-effective isn’t always easy, but Potts Brothers exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them for any plumbing or renovation needs!

Hands down the best construction company I’ve worked with. From the first call to the final walk-through, everything was smooth and professional. Great communication, honest pricing, and excellent craftsmanship. The crew showed up on time every day, worked efficiently, and paid attention to every detail. I would 100% hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

Great experience with Youssef and Peter! They were professional and on time with my bathroom remodel and kitchen cabinet painting. The estimate was done smoothly and they were very communicative. Their teammate Omar was very knowledgeable and hands on. They worked very carefully to ensure the kitchen floor and furniture were protected during the work, they even did some additional work at no extra cost! I would definitely recommend them in the future.

I've worked with Pott's Brothers on a number of projects for home remodeling and renovation in Virginia and I can always rely on their professionalism and quality of work. Their prices are fair and they truly pay attention to details. As a Realtor in the DMV area I've worked with a lot of contractors and by far, Pott's Brothers are the best in the business. I've included a sample pic of their work on one of my listings- a townhouse in Centreville, VA where they installed new carpet, did minor repairs and painted. The job was Flawless and completed on time with no issues. The house ended up selling within a week for $40,000 more than asking, and the amazing condition had a lot to do with it. They have also done a number of various general contractor projects for me including installing LVP flooring, Hardwoord flooring installation, granite countertop installation, and deck remodeling to name a few. Highly recommend!

Never could get in touch with them.

Very professional smooth process from start to finish . Would highly recommend this company for future services .

Worked with Zack, incredible work on the roof and great value, couldn't be happier

We have used L&R Contractors since 2018. Wonderful, trusted company.

Zack and Vic were great to work with very responsive and helpful with our insurance company

They did a great job inspecting and ultimately replacing our roof. We worked with Zack and Vic who were friendly, professional and got the work done as scheduled. I would definitely recommend them!

This is an excellent company that transformed our home beyond our expectations. They are highly skilled and talented, and professional to the extent that they redid or repaired their own work even when we didn't notice flaws or were generally satisfied. Highly recommend!

5 Star Service gets a 5 star review! Zach was knowledgable and suggested enhancements that would improve the longevity and ventilation for my new roof- all while working within my budget. He is responsive and honest. The crew arrived on time and were very efficient and courteous. I especially appreciate how they cleaned as they went, and they did a fantastic job of the final cleaning when the job was done. My back patio actually looked better after they were done! I highly recommend Zach and his team.

Great experience with Lawrence and his team, couldn't recommend enough. Work included: tear down/open two walls (one w/ LVL install), moving electrical main, redoing kitchen (layout change), new hardwood throughout (incl stairs, rail), paint, and a few electrical moves. We have a 1940 house, so I was surprised at how few surprises popped up. We had to make a couple changes and adjust as we went, but I didn't receive a single change order asking for additional $ - which you won't find with contractors very often. They're honest, hard working, and made sure we were happy with the end product. I will absolutely go to them first for any future projects.

We hired L&R to finish our low-ceiling basement and movie theater. The quality of their work is amazing, and they finished the entire project in about 3-4 weeks. Attention to detail and finishing looks incredible. Always willing to incorporate our feedback, and even helped install wiring for surround sound and projector. Also did an incredible job cleaning up messy ceiling wires/pipes so that we maximized ceiling height. Will work with them again soon on our kitchen and bathrooms.

I found L&R Contrators on Home Advisor after running a google search for local contractors. They had high ratings and everying seemed to say the same things: They did great work, were on time & Lawrence communicated to them well. I hired L&R to do some framing, insullation, dyrwall & flooring for my basement. They did a fantastic job with everything! It was easy to talk to Lawrence and he kept me updated on where things were at. I spoke with some of the guys thorughout the process and they were all nice. In the end I was very happy I found L&R Contractors and hired them to do the work. Don't look any further, this is the contractor you should hire!!

We were referred to L&R Contractors after the ceiling in a bedroom came down due to a roof leak. We ended up needing a new roof and ceiling and Zack with L&R made the whole process painless. He and his crews were on-time, responsive, and took great care with our house. The roof installation took a day and the dry-wall team had the ceiling repaired two days later. Zack helped with our insurance claim as well and his communication and hands-on approach were great. I have already recommended L&R to neighbors. We're completely satisfied!

L&R Contractors is phenomenal. I needed two of my bathrooms gutted and remodeled. They were always on time, polite, responsive and CLEAN! They also took the time to protect my floors and furniture. They did an incredible job for an extremely fair and reasonable price. If I had ANY issues (and there is only a couple that I can remember) they were taken care of immediately and 100% to my satisfaction.

I had a contractor in several years ago to redo my kitchen and master bath, but Lawrence and his guys went so far above and beyond for work they did for my sister that I had to give them a try. The other contractor was good but took forever to complete the job (months) because he only had one employee. Lawrence and his guys were in and out in under two weeks. I will definitely be bringing them back in to finish my basement at some point in the future. I just cannot recommend them highly enough. You won’t regret hiring them. I promise.
