Constraction reviews in Arlington, Virginia

I highly recommend Real 1 Construction! They did an excellent job in repairing the damages of my roof and related gutters and pipes caused by a fallen tree. 1. They initiated the damage inspection within two days of my phone request. 2. They did a thorough inspection of the damages. Jason, the owner of the company, and his staff climbed onto the roof to take pictures and provided me with a very professional and detailed report of the damage assessment. 3. Their price was very reasonable, much lower than another company’s estimates. 4. They were very responsive to my questions. I was able to text Jason frequently and receive a quick response from him every time. 5. The whole job was completed within two weeks and I received a professional job completion report with new pictures showing the repairs. I am very satisfied with their quality work and services. Joan

Jason and his team did an outstanding job repairing our roof and indoor ceiling after our roof started leaking. From their prompt and detailed quote all the way to final cleanup, everything was done well and incredibly professionally. We would definitely work with Real1 again in the future - finding great contractors is so hard, but they are the real deal.

Jason and his crew were a pleasure to work with. My neighbor recommended them as he had them replace his roof. They do quality work. They also provide a warranty with inspections. Jason also took photos of my new roof so I could send to my home insurance company to get a reduced premium. Go with Real 1 Construction LLC. You won't be disappointed in their workmanship.

Real1 was the only one of five companies contacted that would help us with a roof leak around a pipe. We had water coming into our bathroom on a four year old roof and no one else would even look at it without giving a quote for the whole roof. Not only did Jason swing by the house the same day, he was able to complete the work within a few days. Real1 is the real deal. The crew was courteous, helped us understand the problem, and left our property better than they found it. Superb working with these guys, we will absolutely use them again.

What can I say- do you need a reliable and trustworthy company to help repair your home and add value to your home?
Go with Real 1 construction!

They fixed my roof professionally and with such.

Jason assured to guide me through the process and educated me the whole way.

Real 1 indeed!!!!!

Jason gave me a reasonable quote on some roof repairs I needed. His crew were absolutely professional and courteous throughout the whole process.

Real 1 Construction is a top-notch company. I first noticed their work when they installed a new roof for a neighbor across the street from me about five years ago. I said then when it’s time for me to get a new roof I’m calling that company. A few years later I asked the neighbor the name and contact info for the company that installed her roof. She gave it to me. I called them and they came right out, assessed the roof, gave me some options which I contracted for one of the options (full replacement). They installed the new roof in record time and made my home look really impressive. Recently, I had another home that needed a new roof. Without any doubt I phoned Real 1 Construction (Jason). The picture itself speaks for itself about the quality and professional work they do. If you need a roof, take it from me, call Real 1 Construction. You’re be glad you did!!!

Thank you Jason O. Thanks for helping replace our roof that needed changing with all the leaks and damage! It feels great to know that even after the replacement Someone will be coming over to inspect the roof every three years! You all did a great job. My mother was so grateful for you services! And will be calling you all for windows in the future! 💯

Jason was a big help with battling my insurance company and the hoops it was making me jump through. After months of speed bumps we finally got past the insurance company and receive a great price for the roof rrplacement

Jason and his Real1Construction crew saved the day for us. I called on a Monday about a pretty bad roof leak I had discovered. I was a bit freaked out because I knew it was going to rain hard on Thursday. Jason came out on Tuesday and had his crew out to fix the roof / gutter on Wednesday morning - lightning fast! I couldn’t believe it. Jason is thorough, thoughtful, and professional. His team did amazing work. I am SO grateful and will definitely be using Real1Construction in the future.

Real1 Construction recently replaced my gutter and downspout system at my home. During the project review and cost estimating process, Jason was thorough and communicated what was required to ensure proper roof drainage and future care for my home & gutters. The coordination/scheduling process was smooth, and they worked around my busy schedule to complete the work when I needed it done. The crew arrived on-time, and worked efficiently to install the new gutters & downspouts. There was one minor issue, which Jason personally took care of the next day. It was an absolute pleasure working with Real1 Construction, and I look forward to working with them again in the near future. I strongly recommend using this company for work at your home. They are fair, honest, and reliable-- all qualities one should look for when choosing a contractor for work on their property!!

- also, leaking firewall flashing replaced.

Real1Construction LLC is a very good, likely one of the best roofing companies in the DMV area. Jason and his team are professional, courtesy, on-time (punctual), provide roofing options up-front, provide for payment options, and they do very good work.

This company agreed to take on our shed roof replacement. Other companies would not even quote us. Real1 Construction was professional, communicated with us all along the way and job was professionally done. Highly recommend them due to their good work ethic.

Excellent Experience with Real1 Construction!
I recently had my roof replaced by Real1 Construction and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, the entire team was incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with.

The crew was efficient and arrived on time. They were also very respectful of my property, making sure to protect my landscaping and meticulously cleaning up all debris once the project was complete. It was like they were never even there, aside from my beautiful new roof!

Communication was another standout part of my experience. Jason was responsive and kept me informed every step of the way, answering all of my questions and making sure I was comfortable with the process. The quality of the work is top-notch, and I have complete confidence that my new roof will last for years to come.

Jason came out to inspect our skylights and roof. We made a decision to replace 2 sklyights in our sun room with the automatic shade control. In comparing prices and the work performed by his team, he offered a good value with the selection of Velux skylights. I would highly recommend Real1Contruction for your roof repairs.

Jason came out to inspect some issues with my roof and a clogged roof vent. While he was up there, he also discovered a few broken shingles that will need repair. I really appreciated his thoroughness in catching that problem before it got worse. He was very professional throughout the visit, worked safely, and treated my property with respect. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone needing roof work.
