Constraction reviews in Arlington, Virginia

My Experience with Real1Construction has been very good. Jason was very quick to answer me and come over and assess the damage. The work was done very fast i really appreciate jasons professionalism. I had another company do a new roof for me. That was a major
Mistake. I wish i had found jason and his company sooner. Highly recommend

They replaced the siding on my house and installed new gutters. The demo was a lot of work and the house is old. The bid was the lowest I received from a company that had good reviews. There were unforeseen issues discovered once the siding was removed and they either just fixed it or worked around me fixing it myself at no additional cost. Also, there was some quality control issues (nothing concerning or that I would have been upset about if not fixed) but they immediately fixed them once they were identified. I'm very happy with how things turned out and would work with them again or recommend them to friends/family.

Real1 has a very professional and expert team. They were able to help with lots of advice and options on how to best do some roof repairs and upgrading the roof along with gutter and attic insulation upgrades. Furthermore, they added some great additional storage space in the attic along with attic stairs which is fantastic! Fair pricing and transparent overall on what was possible to do and never tried to upsell anything beyond from what we wanted.

Would absolutely recommend Real1 Construction services!!

Justin and his team were excellent. I had a roof leak and he stopped by within 24 hours of oue initial discussion. He was friendly and knowledgeable. After agreeing to the repair, some of the supplies were going to take some time to arrive. Justin had the damage covered so no more water would enter. Then a week or so later his team removed the damage and repaired the roof. The whole experience was excellent. We will definitely be reaching out then again.

Jason and his Real 1 Construction crew were a pleasure to work with and I had a great experience with my roof and skylight replacement. They offered the best price from all of the quotes received and were very friendly and timely during the entire process. They did an excellent job all around and I would highly recommend them for any job, primarily based on their excellent price, quality service, friendly demeanor, and solid craftsmanship, not to mention their timely performance. From me, three thumbs up!! Here are some
Pics of their quality workmanship

Real 1 Construction did an outstanding job on my roof! They not only fixed the storm damage but handled everything with the insurance company, making the entire process so much smoother than I expected. The crew installed a brand new roof in just one day and left the site spotless—no debris, no stray nails, nothing left behind.

A huge shoutout to Jason, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He walked me through every step and explained why things were done a certain way. That kind of transparency made me feel completely at ease and confident the job was being handled professionally and with real care.

The level of service went above and beyond. If you need a roofing company that’s fast, thorough, and truly cares about doing things right, I highly recommend Real 1 Construction!

Jason and his team did an excellent job with my roof restoration and ceiling restoration. They offered a great price, delivered quality work, and provided outstanding customer service throughout the process. Jason was always willing to assist, answer questions, and help whenever needed. I would highly recommend his company. 10/10.

We recently had MK construction complete several projects around our house, and could not be happier with the services they provided.
Communication was consistent and straightforward, the team arrived on time each day, they were very mindful of the work area and maintaining a tidy space-cleaning up every day before they left, and they were meticulous in working to provide excellent service.
They patched and painted damaged drywall in our ceiling and it looks fantastic. They installed a new exterior French door and were able to smoothly troubleshoot a few hiccups that popped up as they worked through removing the old door and installing the new one.
We will absolutely call them first for our future projects and won’t hesitate to recommend them to others!

The team was great! Perfectly punctual, communicative, and great value. I appreciate the transparency whenever there was a challenge, so we could decide together on a different route than what was initially decided on.
