Constraction reviews in Arlington, Virginia

Argo LLC performed a complete remodel of my kitchen and laundry room. They were very helpful with design recommendations and options, and provided great assistance with material/hardware selections. The work performed was quality, and communication during the project was good. They were able to accommodate a few mid-project changes without affecting the contract price. The project was completed on schedule, and we are very happy with the results. We would (and have) recommended ARGO to others.

Argo contractors and his team did an amazing job building our pool. Nicholas over saw our project every step of the way and made sure everything was done as scheduled. The crew and the office staff are very friendly and professional.

We used Argo when they were referred by our realtor. Needed a garage conversion taken down so garage could be used as a full car garage. Nick came out and quoted the job. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Quote was exactly what we were expecting when we approved the quote, The arto team scheduled to start in less than a week. I was pleased when the owner called mid-job to make sure our expectations were being met.

One of the best small local company in town. We are super satisfied with their work. Very neat work, cost effective and very professional team.
We extended our home in our backyard (one bedroom and bathroom), they did an amazing job keeping in mind the main structure of the main house. They finished on time and we didn’t have to pay any extra amount also no hidden costs.
Overall, amazing work and we highly recommend Argo LLC.

This review is overdue but I worked with Argo in October 2022 because I needed a new bathroom vanity cabinet and dry wall for the ceiling. Argo is competent, skilled, professional and they are thorough and meticulous in their work. I would highly recommend them to others and I also plan to hire them for other jobs I’ll be needing help with in the near future.

- They were really good at keeping track of time. They finished the work when they said they would.
- They're great at talking to you and listening to your questions. They kept us in the loop by telling us what was happening. It made everything easy.
- Everyone on their team was nice and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves, which was awesome.
- They didn't spend more money than we agreed on. They told us how much things would cost and stuck to it.
- Even after the work was finished, they still helped us with small changes we wanted. They really care about making customers happy.
I highly recommend ARGO Contractor for any construction work. They are a great, skilled, and reliable company that always does top-notch work. I had a great experience working with them, and I'd choose them again for future projects. If you want to know more about my experience, feel free to ask me.

Argo contractors renovated two master baths and then added LPV flooring and took out our old carpet. They converted our old bathroom to a beautiful second master. They also added wood floors on our stairs where the carpet had previously been. Argo did an amazing job and we would definitely use them again. It seems like they’re capable of doing any renovation/job. I can’t stop staring at my new bathroom.

We had some major flooding through our basement entryway and wanted to build taller exterior basement stairs/retaining walls. Nick, Beau, and the team were super professional and responsive to any concerns or questions we had. The final result is incredible - looks great and the rainwater no longer pools on the entryway. The pricing was reasonable and they completed the project in a very timely manner. We'd happily work with Argo contractors again.

I highly recommend Argo Contractors for your home projects. They rebuilt my retaining wall (permit requiring) with pvc fence near the property line, driveway and drainage system with perfection! The owner of the company has strong communication skills to work with my neighbors, to identify hidden problems of the house, and design the best solutions! I am truly satisfied with their work! They are licensed!

I want to share how awesome Argo Contractor was for my basement renovation. They did a perfect job, and I'm really happy with how everything turned out.
Before they started working, Argo Contractor used 3D design. This helped us see what the basement would look like before they even started building. It was a great way to make sure we liked the plan.
Our basement project was a bit tricky because we wanted different areas like a home theater, a gym, and a space for the kids. Argo Contractor handled it really well, and everything turned out just like we wanted.
Not only did they do a great job, but the price and the materials they used were also really good. We felt like we got quality without breaking the bank.
If you're thinking about renovating your basement, I highly recommend Argo Contractor. They know how to handle tricky projects, they show you a design first, and the final result is amazing. I appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. Argo Contractor is the way to go for any renovation project – no regrets!

Their crew was diligent on being careful with our personal property and covering up rooms, furnishing and walkways. The work done was excellent and they were knowledgeable, provided suggestions on certain details that helped us make final decisions for the better.

Very happy with Argo Construction! They have completed several big projects on my home. New roof, new siding. Stucco repairs, exterior painting and also a brand new concrete driveway pour.
Never had a moment of worry. Nicholas is extremely diligent and a perfectionist and his work ethic ripples down to the subcontractors and office staff as well!
Special thanks to Nicholas and David for the special concern and care to make it all perfect!

From the outset, their team demonstrated excellent communication, keeping us informed at every stage of the project. They were prompt in their responses and adhered to the agreed-upon schedule, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.

While there was a minor hiccup with some materials not arriving on time, Argo Contractors handled the situation professionally. They quickly sourced replacements from a different wholesaler, which not only resolved the delay but also came at a better price, ultimately saving us money.

Argo contractors did a project in our brand new condo. They gutted our entire bathroom and created a functional laundry space with washer and dryer hookups for us. The communication, honesty, professionalism, CLEANLINESS, respectfulness and efficiency was 10/10. I have nothing but positive feedback for Argo. This was my first ever time working with a contractors and instead of taking advantage of my inexperience, they helped me, educated me and provided me with the best solutions for my personal and financial needs. I would recommend them to anyone. I trust them and I appreciate them. And my bathroom and laundry room are beautifully done with meticulous and quality work. Thank you so much Argo.

I am writing to express my absolute satisfaction with the exceptional work completed by Argo Contractors at my residence. Their expertise in patching and painting the inside of my house, as well as recarpeting both the stairs leading up and down, has transformed my home into a stunning space. I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail, evident in the flawless end-capping of stairs and the impeccable installation of a porcelain tile area in the basement.

Throughout the project, their team exhibited a remarkable level of professionalism, offering insightful ideas and guidance that greatly enhanced the final outcome. Moreover, their commitment to cleanliness ensured the work was completed with minimal disruption, leaving behind a beautifully renovated interior.

I wholeheartedly recommend ARGO Contractors to anyone seeking high-quality craftsmanship and superior service. Their dedication to excellence, coupled with their collaborative approach and meticulous attention to detail, sets them apart as a top-tier contractor in the DMV area. I am immensely grateful for their expertise and commend them for their outstanding work. I will be hiring them again soon!

Although their work is good, they have the worst customer service. They are rude, unresponsive and act like bullies. I would recommend the people they subcontract to for their quality, but I would not use these guys if you want anything done on time or communicated in a timely manner unless they want to be paid. My bathroom remodel was quoted 10 days took over 2.5 months to complete with me having to hound them constantly for updates and simple communications.

Argo Contractors did amazing work on our fireplace. They framed over the existing brick and did an excellent job throughout with stellar quality. They even spent an extra 30min reading the instruction manual of our TV mount to ensure they were adding extra support to the areas that would be supporting the TV. Can't say enough good things about our experience and we definitely plan to use them again for future projects. Great work for a great price. When looking at the pictures, keep in mind my wife and I plan to do the finishing plaster ourselves.
